Reviewed By 193raghavendrapI am stayed here for 22 days. I am very impressed the service of housekeeping specifically Zakariya and Baapy. Thanks to both for providing best service. Whenever we demand they come immediately for the service. Cleaning service is also good.

I wonder if all apart hotels here are so bad?
Reviewed By benp397I have had to ‘live’ here for 10 weeks now as part of work. Some people - astonishingly- are ok with it. Personally I find it falls far from the standard one should expect for longer term accommodation. The rooms are not cleaned daily as they are in places like Holiday Inn or Ibis. This is a contributing factor in the swathe of cockroaches seen scurrying around. They are in the ‘kitchen’ area, bathroom, even had 2 in my bed. Toilet paper is not replaced. The cooking area is an ancient double electric hot place with the operation light long since broken so I can’t tell if it’s on or not. There is not draining /food preparation room so any cutting needs to be done on the edge of the sink. The water pressure was so bad that I had to shower under a dribble - finally fixed after 8 weeks. The entire place has not been refurbished since it was built - limited access to power outlets so the have to unplug the light / tv to use anything else - in today’s world if multiple devices this is unacceptable. Certainly not value for money. But I gather standards here a just low all round - can’t wait to leave.

Reviewed By mohammed sيوجد رايحة تراب قوية جدا داخل الغرفة اتوقع من التكييف المركزي يحاولو يتخلصو من هذي المشكلة عن طريق معطرات الجو لكن ما في فايدة لا يوجد تعاون الدفع فقط كاش لو ما عندك كاش لازم تروح مشوار عشان تصرف فلوس وترجع ما راح تطلع الغرفة من غير ما تدفع كاش حتى لو جيت من السفر تعبان الليلة كانت ب ١٦٠ ريال والغرفة حقيقي لا تستحق ١٠٠ ريال
