This is a modest hotel striving to offer the best service it can. The room was clean, spacious enough and accessible. The two best things about this hotel are the host and breakfast. The host was welcoming, friendly, helpful and clearly enjoying his position. He made sure we didn’t need anything before getting to our room. The breakfast there beats that at higher priced lodging during our vacation. It was clear that the host was on top of everything occurring at this hotel. In spite of not having a pool, exercise room and other amenities, we would stay here again when passing through.

Welcome to River House, where edgy, yet elegant, urban-inspired design elements are seamlessly married with flowing fabrics, bold fixtures, and reclaimed architectural features for an unparalleled riverfront experience. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, our residentially-inspired guestrooms offer a perfect place to rest your head, as the gentle sounds of the river soothe you.
We have stayed at hotels all over the world, and this is the most expensive hotel we have ever stayed at. For $500 per night, there is no club level or happy hour, no free breakfast difficult parking, and the rooms are not made up overnight, despite the fact that we asked for it. It is a nice three-star hotel advertising itself as a five star hotel.

A Boutique Hotel with a Transcendent History, and timeless style in the Heart of Downtown Easton. Each of our 16 guest rooms was designed to have a look and feel that is entirely unique from the rest. The building is steeped in history and reflected in the original wood moldings, hand carved mahogany staircase, and mercer tiled fireplaces. The vibe is intimate, cozy, and warm. As you make your way west towards the Bank St. entrance there is a subtle transition with a bespoke feel that is modern and bright. The windows are large, there is abundant natural light, and spectacular, handmade metal light fixtures and stair railings round out the space. Located minutes from Route 22and I-78, on famed "Millionaire's Row" in Easton's historic district, we are thrilled to offer a unique guest experience.
We stayed at this great hotel in downtown Easton for our daughter's wedding, which was also in downtown Easton at the Bank Street Annex. We had three rooms reserved, and all 3 were excellently appointed. The Townley is associated with several restaurants in Easton, The River Grille and Three Oak Steakhouse, both within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel manager, Cassandra, was very accommodating, and paid great attention to detail during our stay. Please make sure you take the time to stop in the bar, Bar Bix, in the rear of the property, during warmer weather, it offers an outside courtyard area, as well as a covered area in a very cozy setting, with amazing drink options and a superb bar staff. This is a must stay if you plan on visiting the Easton area.

At the SureStay Hotel By Best Western Marienville in Marienville, PA, you're sure to find rewarding value and quality. Everything you need, nothing you don't want. SureStay® Hotels by Best Western welcome those who like to travel simply and casually.
Only 3 employees working 8-hour shifts and 7-days-a-week handling rooms, laundry, breakfast area and front desk. No maintenance person at all -- and numerous areas clearly show it! A walk around the motel will show that no one picks up trash. This motel has to spend some money by hiring more staff and a knowledgeable maintenance person before it falls into total disrepair. I'll stay at the ma & pa hotel down the road next time.

Very Low end extended stay so called hotel. The front Ofc check person was quite nice, but once I grabbed my key and went into the elevator it pretty much went down from there. The (1) Elev smelled like POT and nasty restaurant trash. My room was fairly clean but their was pee on the toilet and the sink had some Burnt Cigarettes' stains. There were people always hanging in the hallways which was very odd and kinda creepy

A tent would have been better! Filthy, smelled of smoke, broken lock on door, no bedding for pullout couch, light does not work in bedroom, bathroom so small couldnt really use it without much difficulty, and I am a petite person! AWFUL!! I think they rent by the hour....

Nestled in the Allegheny National Forest, Olmsted Manor offers a place for guests to escape from the hustle of every day life and be refreshed and renewed. The Manor, an original Tudor style mansion built by George and Iva Olmsted in 1916, offers 8 guest rooms of old-country elegance. Groves Lodge houses 18 modern guest rooms and our family-style dining room for group meal service. Several meeting spaces are also available in Groves Lodge (free of charge to guests). Our Carriage House features a two-bedroom apartment style facility. Hickman Hall is our main meeting facility, with full presentation capability. This space is available for day use or free of charge to overnight group retreats.
Although George Olmsted made his fortune in NYC, he built his mansion in the middle of the forests of Pennsylvania, which was home. He and his wife raised two children there. Not long before her death, his wife Iva bequeathed all of the property with most of the furnishings and belongings to the Western Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church. Olmsted Manor is used as a retreat center, but rooms can also be booked by individuals. Rates are charged per person. We got to choose the room we wanted among those available in the manor, the carriage house, and the UMC-added Groves Lodge. This place is so relaxing. The people who run it made us feel as if we had known them forever and that we were the most important guests they had. We chose to stay in the Manor. Except for the other bedrooms, we had run of the place. Heads up. No a/c BUT the manor is built in the woods, on the side of a hill, for people of wealth who would've wanted to have been cool. I particularly loved using the period kitchen for our meals. We shared the manor with one other couple who visit each month to unwind. They were a wealth of information. There is one tv in the living room. I didn't want to touch it and ruin the ambiance. We could walk anywhere on the grounds. My spouse went fishing. Since we were using original furnishing, we did not have access to a king bed. Do ask about the bed sizes; Groves Lodge's amenities are modern, so you may have better luck there if you want queen or king beds. Individuals are welcomed to join groups for meals in the dining hall if a group is on site at that time. This place is a retreat, a step back in time. Be sure to check out the bowling alley in the Manor's top floor.

The Himalayan Institute and its varied activities and programs exemplify the spiritual heritage of mankind that unites East and West, spirituality and science, ancient wisdom and modern technology.
I was here as part of the Movement as Medicine retreat. I stayed in the room with a queen bed and shared bath. The room was spacious and had an excellent desk for me to do some journaling. The room was clean, and so were the shared bathrooms. The hiking trails were beautiful and well-marked - but bring your hiking boots! I enjoyed the tour of Moka Origins (the chocolate factory); India knew a lot about chocolate! The retreat itself helped me rethink my approach to fitness, and I left with some great ideas and resources. The vegetarian meals were filling and tasty, and I had some wonderful conversations at mealtime. The Pure Rejuv spa gives excellent massages and treatments. This is a great place to do some quiet reflection and reconnect with nature.

We stayed for a night at Crossroads B&B, en route to the Finger Lakes. We stayed in the Loft, which was quite spacious and cozy. No stone was left unturned, and everything we could have possibly needed was in our room: snacks, waters, coffee maker, the softest towels I’ve ever had, as well as various books and games. Breakfast was yummy and the visit with Cindy was delightful. We hope to be back again!
