Reviewed By T9347DXalbertocIt’s a great place to stay. My experience at extended suites was great. Nice rooms affordable, very clean rooms the ,WiFi was very good... The showers could use a little update. But overall the place Is very nice. Would definitely stay there agian!

Great location, disappointing service
Reviewed By alessandravC6579WUThe location is great, and it's why I picked the hotel, but it doesn't make up for the service and experience of staying in the hotel. At first look the rooms are nice but as you settle in you notice it's not quite clean, the mirror in the bedroom in my room has deep scratches at about face level, and there is no mini-fridge. Being able to get cold water in the summer seems like a basic convenience they should have considered in a nice hotel. I went down to the cafe to get some cold water - too bad it was closed at around 5 PM and also closed at 8:30 AM when I wanted a coffee. I went to Starbucks in the mall instead. Getting a bottle of water when housekeeping services your room is hit or miss. Sometimes you get some, sometimes you don't. The shower sometimes takes a long time to give you lukewarm water so you might have to take a cold shower. I do like the bed, it's a firm mattress which I prefer, and comfortable. Being able to cast to the TV is also nice so you can watch some Netflix. The room service menu selection was disappointing compared to the other Monterrey hotel I stayed at nearby (which wasn't great either). The food was bland and overpriced (which to be fair, I expected), and they didn't provide any salt or condiments with my meal other than ketchup. Even if you're tired and looking forward to a night in try to make the effort to make a stop at one of the nearby restaurants (there are many great ones like La Torrada) or get some uber eats. The worst part of my experience is being locked out of my room twice in a week because the battery in the card reader died. It resulted in a wait in a hot hallway twice. The first time I was 30 minutes late to meet my group for dinner. The second time the cold water I bought at the OXXO because their cafe was closed became room temperature by the time they got me in my room. I also told them I was sure it was the battery again but I had to go upstairs and confirm it for them before they got maintenance. None of this resulted in any courtesies, but I also didn't push for any. If you are considering booking this hotel consider how important location is versus comfort and service. I would try another hotel within my budget before I would book again.

A great place with great people
Reviewed By Pablo MA great place to stay, it has all the necessary amenities to rest and relax after a long day of work. Special praise to Obed who always gives an excellent service and is willing to hear and help in any way he can. A truly wonderful person who helped me a lot while I was there. I stayed at the hotel for over a month and have nothing but gratitude for him and everyone who works there for making my stay as enjoyable as possible. I will definitely come back when I have to work in the area again.

Reviewed By victer pIt was my first time in Monterrey and I have to say that the hotel it's very clean and comfortable. my experience there was just amazing. 100% recommended. Didn't have time to take photos there but it looks just like the picture on the webside, even better in person.
