Xinalani is one of Mexico's premier retreat centers. We offer a wide range of activities related to health, fitness and fun, in an environmental friendly setting. We have 33 guest rooms in the jungle, a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (fixed menu, 3 meals included in fare), a beachfront lounge bar, a beach club, 5 fully equipped yoga spaces, a spa with a complete array of massages and treatments, and a little souvenir store. Our 4 acre pristine beach front property is solely accessible by boat.
we spent 4 nights in a deluxe room- we were pleasantly surprised by the resort and staff. The photos do not do it justice, we loved yoga with Jerry and sitting by the bar. The food was awesome and service, lovely. While there we did the sweat lodge, went snorkeling, and had massages

I just stay here for 3 nights. The regular rooms are small for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very clean. Good amenities. Hot water. Chimney. Lobby area is well presented. Bar and pool tables. I do not share their policy that no kids are allow to play pool. Parents should be in charge of their kids. If they brake it, they pay for it. No kids should play by themselves. My recommendation. I love grilling and it is not allow it here. Being in a beautiful site as here should have a grilling area close to the rooms. I would stay again in a bigger room.

This was my second stay at Love It Signature Hotel, the Junior Suite. The room is spacious, bathroom/shower area is perfect and the service is what I loved. The staff was responsive and friendly. Location is wonderful as well.

Fantastic 1 week stay at Amaca Hotel and zero complaints. I stayed in room 102 and it was just fine - albeit basic. The wifi is great, the shower is powerful and hot, the room is very clean and tidy and there is a partial sea view. I had a look up to the rooftop bar and pool, I didn't use the pool - just took some pics from there and the view is great. There is also a daily happy hour 6-8pm I believe, which will offer you a great sunset view. The front desk of the hotel will help you however you wish, super-friendly and nice. As previous posts have mentioned, getting back to the hotel of an evening or after the beach etc there is a very steep incline consisting of 100 steps - although until about 9-10pm in the evening there is a cute lift that will take you up and down. However, worth noting this point for getting about after this time of night. Will definitely come back and stay, great location for restaurants and bars.

Meson Don Quixote is a block from the Plaza - about 3 blocks from the Malecon and the Lake Chapala Society where the ex-pats hang out doing all sorts of things. Meson Don Quixote was clean and the breakfasts were wonderful. Fresh fruit, eggs prepared as you like, meat if you want it as well. I discovered tortilla de espanola and have a new favorite egg dish. Paola is the owner/manager and is fluent in English as well as Spanish. Adrianna was friendly and helpful as well. Both were extremely competent and welcoming. Any down side? The beds were hard (by USA standards) and that seems to be a Mexico thing. This is a homey, personable specialty inn with a huge courtyard filled with trees and plants -- not a corporate hotel in a big city. Adjust your expectations accordingly and you'll be very happy. Next time we're here, I hope they have a room open. We loved it.

I spent 10 days in Lagos de Moreno and could appreciate this cozy, clean place. The hotel has a wonderful perfume and the staff is really kind and helpful and talk English very well. The restaurant is excellent: chef Nacho and chef/waiter Juan are amazing:they are both great cooks, ready to help the customer finding the perfect Mexican flavour. I could taste delicious spicy sauces thanks to them. They're fantastic and everybody knows that Italians are really picky when it comes to eat in a foreign country!!!

It's a bit hard to find this hotel, because right next door, on the corner, another budget hotel uses a name that is very similar. And the number can't easily be seen, so taxi drivers are easily confused.

This is a hostel/ bar and cafe new to the area. Ten to Ten business started in Asia and this time we chose to be in one of the most beautiful cities in central America in order to meet more people from all over the world and enjoy the weather. Our goal is to connect you to the best local experience you can have an make Puerto Vallarta your second home! Ten to Ten Puerto Vallarta is located in the center of Puerto Vallarta, just a minute walking distance to the our lady of Guadalup church, 2 minutes to the favorite promenade "Malecon", 10 minutes to the nearest beach "Playa de los muertos". Also there are a lot of restaurantes, bars and club that entertain you with delicious Mexican foods and cocktails with great music.
I stayed at Ten to Ten with my friend during our first three days in Mexico (Jan 7 - 10) and we loved it. I cannot express how amazing the staff is. We were treated with so much attention and care. Unfortunately, on our second night, my friend hurt her ankle. The staff at the hostel were so attentive to her, ensuring should could walk up and down the stairs safely and carrying all of our bags for us etc. The hostel is also in a good location and it's clean. The ramen is AMAZING and I highly recommend trying it if you are staying there. Definitely a 10/10 for these guys, they deserve it!!

We attended a wedding event in La Reserva Club Privado & Resort and in the middle of the event the light went out for half an hour and since it was dark, somehow a lot of jackets that were in the back of the chairs disappeared! Along with wallets and phones, it was really disappointing to see how they took advantage of the guests and embarrassing for the bride and groom. They also claimed that more people attended and charged them extra. The newlyweds' wedding gifts (envelops with money) disappeared as well! The hotel is pretty but the bad experience ruined our stay.
