How Castle Looted
Reviewed By Tania RThe hotel is very cheap, the people from the reception is very incompetent, if you have a reservation but the paper from your advance payment is with some one else (your friend) you can´t have access. The hotel have a lot of stairs so is not comfortable for old people. In the reception bathroom they do not have paper or soap. And in the rooms is a lot of noise, you can hear every conversation outside your room.

Great massage
Reviewed By Yves DThe three balnearios (aqua parks) that I mostly visit in Tecozautla are: El Arenal, El Geiser and La Cruz. All three are really great but each has it’s specialty. El Arenal is the best for: Hydro massage, food, the hotel El Geiser is the best for: The water (sulphuric), the tirolesa (zip line), variety of pools, hotels (3) La Cruz is the best for: The nature, the water slides, All three are great but… El arenal has the restaurant Donga where the chef, Jesus, will prepare fantastic foods for you. It’s hotel is probably 4 stars but you pay for it. Great value but not cheap. There is a field for playing and an artificial mountain to climb. Again, the hydro massage is the best. The water is crystal clear. It does have water slides but only for kids. Very close to the center of Tecozautla so you can rent a room there. Still, a must visit when in Tecozautla.

Reviewed By Dan TMy wife & I stayed 2 nights in this very pleasant hotel. We had to change rooms because our first first room had been previously reserved for the second night. Both rooms were very nice. The wifi signal does not reach the rooms in the rear but I was told that the hotel has plans to upgrade the system. All the employees of the hotel & restaurant were pleasant, helpful & efficient. The food was very good, the waiters attentive & there is live music at times during the weekend. The hotel is well located in the center of town behind the church. My wife & I would stay here again w/o hesitation. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of lodging.

Reviewed By Tomislav LIt is an average hotel located in a nice old building. However there is nothing that makes it really qualify as a Boutique Hotel as it is called. My room was dark with a really small bed. The fern¡inure had nothing special. On the good side I can say that the food was good and the people ta the hotel were very kind and helpful.
