First of all, much appreciate the Front Office Manager Charles, Club Manager Sue, Club Concierge Brando and Front Office Agent Bailey for their seamless arrangement in our stay for the birthday celebration. The laddies and gentlemen provided impeccable service from the moment of stepping-in the lift lobby of Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. The club is always a selling point of RCHK and in my opinion, this is the club provides the best service among all other luxury hotels in Hong Kong, such as four seasons and the newly opened Mandarin Oriental club. If you are considering a vacation stay, please do book a room with club access! We had dinner at Tin Lung Heen, which is indeed another 10-out-of-10. Being a two-star Michelin restaurant, the food quality is of course undoubtable. However, I must particularly recognise the service of Tin Lung Heen, which I believe it is even more outstanding than many Michelin-starred French restaurants.

I was treating myself to the peninsula "Spa birthday pamper" package. It was a 75-minutes Aromatherapy massage with your choice of the Essential oils. Once stepped into the spa, I was warmly welcomed by the frontdesk staff. After filling up a form of personal info and spa preference, I was guided to the pool area for a swimming section by a friendly staff Chloe before spa treatment. It was a lovely indoor pool with a spectacular view. And iced fruit water was handy to grab, which was truly refreshing treat after the swimming workout. Spa facilities, including the jacuzzi, relaxation areas and the asian tea lounge were available for use too. My spa section was beyond perfect. My therapist Ms Cecilia was so professional, she helped to melt away the every tension and leave me the most rejuvenating feeling. It was a spa experience worth your every penny. Highly recommend for a self-indulgent time.
