My husband and I recently had a couples massage with Serkan and Serge! Both of our masseuses were excellent and professional. My husband has a bad lower back and he specifically Serge gave the best massage he's ever gotten! I also thoroughly enjoyed my massage- Serkan was a great listener and focused on the areas I asked him to. The entire spa was a wonderful experience; before and after our massages we relaxed in the different saunas and salt rooms. We loved this spa and will definitely be coming back next time we are in Montreal!

I never leave a review, but after my second visit at Avie Spa, I had to. My face has a lot of pigmentations, I have tons of people before and products, but not much help. So A friend mentioned Avie Spa. By far, the best service I got. My skin feels very smooth and refreshing just by one appointment. Also guided me on how to take care of my skin, which I think is the most important and difficult part. Explained every thing which was being used on my skin and its benefits. Looking forward to try the items they have given me to take care of my skin. Thank you :)

We visited this spa on a weekend trip to Montreal and it was one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. I really love water therapy circuits and that's what my husband and I did here. All you need to bring is a bathing suit. Honestly- they have everything else you could possibly need- from towels, slippers, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, body lotion, hair ties, q-tips, to hair driers and even bio-degradable bags for your wet bathing suit. You can stay in their hydro therapy area as long as you want to. There is no person leading you through it, so it's very relaxing. There is a hot pool, a cold plunge pool, Cold drop shower, steam room (eucalyptus infused- heavenly!) and dry sauna. The most awesome and special thing is how cave-like and calm the environment is. There are lounging areas with water-resistant blankets and cushions, even a hanging basket chair- so that as you are resting after completing a circuit you can really relax and integrate the experience in your body. They have hot tea and cucumber water, and even fresh apples. The whole experience certainly made me feel that what they wanted most at Scandinave was to support their guests' well-being. The water circuit area is a quiet area. It was a relief actually, even travelling as a couple, to know that for the next hour- all of the social jibber jabber wasn't even an option. We were just to experience in silence. I can feel the environment still, if I think back... and it's just delicious to do so. There are (electric) candles lighting the darkness and tranquility of the space and it is kept amazingly clean by a very hard-working staff that just sort of seems to sweep through and keep things stocked and orderly. If I lived in Montreal I would go here every week! I can't recommend this enough if you want to completely de-city, un-sight-see ;-)and de-stress.
