This spa goes the extra mile to ensure their guests are fully taken care of. I recently booked 2 treatments at the Christienne Spa. It's clean, bright, and offers sweeping views of the US and Canadian falls. You can relax and take in the sites while enjoying a specialty tea or hot chocolate. I arrived on Friday night and had a 55 min Stress Relief massage booked and enjoyed it thoroughly. Ivo, my massage therapist was professional, knowledgeable and shared some great health tips with me. From the moment you enter the spa, you feel welcomed. Emma at the front desk remembered me from my previous birthday spa visit and is so kind and professional. I advised her that I was returning Sat morning with my mom who is 73. My mom has mobility issues and various health concerns. I wanted to have the experience of a pedicure together coupled with the beautiful serenity of the falls view. I was concerned that my mom may not be able to climb up into the Pedicure chair due to her limitations. Emma was so kind and advised we could take the time needed to make my mom comfortable. Our morning pedicure was perfect! Our technicians Val and Liz were exceptional. They had a step put out for my mom and helped her into the chair, with ease and kindness. They added pillows behind her back for extra comfort and a hot pumpkin spice tea to enjoy. The foot and leg massaged coupled with the warm Paraffin wax treatment was heavenly. My mom keeps telling everyone it was the best pedicure she's ever had :)

Spotlight is a beautiful salon that is well worth the drive from downtown Ottawa, with a location that goes above and beyond what you would typically find downtown. The service is exceptional and you are pampered from the moment you walk in. I've had Rebecca do various highlights, all over colour, balayage and glossing that have all turned out beautifully. Her updo's are also detailed and creative beyond her years.I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Moksha yoga Dundas provides a very warm and welcoming atmosphere to yogis of all experience levels! Some yoga studios can seem a little exclusive or elitist, but not this studio. The staff and instructors are so friendly and accepting. I'd recommend this studio to beginners and experienced yogis alike!

My boyfriend booked a weekend stay for the two of us at Spa at 124. I was treated to a pedicure with Dawn and she was amazing and wonderful. I felt like a million dollars. I enjoyed a cappuccino will getting my pedicure. The hot stones over my legs was amazing. We stayed in their hotel, and the king size bed was so comfortable. It was my first time at Niagara on the Lake. I highly recommend your stay here. The staff are great, the complimentary breakfast had excellent choices. My boyfriend had french toast both days. The first day I had sausage and eggs, and the second day I had yogurt cup with fresh berries and honey and oats. Delicious food, amazing staff. Can't wait to go again.

This is a surprising find, tucked away as it is behind Tontu apparel/café where you might later choose to linger over a coffee, although there are separate entrances at side and rear. But once you enter the spa there is the illusion of entering a different world, the décor all drapes and wall paintings reminiscent of Bohemian Amsterdam. Erica was most attentive and gave us fascinating thick tomes to read as we experienced our foot detoxes. The treatment rooms are like tented pavilions and we most definitely recommend you stop off at the spa and experience the treats it has to offer first hand.

What an amazing experience!! Ashley performed a distance Reiki Session on me as i was sick and not able to physically make it into the spa. Ashley sent me a picture so I could see her working area (to physically connect and treat me. She explained how she would treat me and started off with chanting and mantra. I could feel her energy all throughout the treatment. After I felt so relaxed and lighter. I had the best sleep I had in months that night! The next day Ashley called me to follow up to see how I was feeling and to explain the energies that she felt during the treatment and blockages. They all made sense and I was truely amazed!!! I cant wait until to book another treatment with Ashley!! Thanks again! - Francine Power

The best part about the experience is feeling completely relaxed right as you walk into the smell of lavender and lemongrass. It instantly puts you a relaxing mood.
