I just had a massage and facial at therapyinc in Norwich, in the nimble and caring hands of Sam. I felt comfortable and right at home with Sam being so thorough and friendly and professional. I have to say I could have slept the rest of this cold autumn day in her spotless, warm, and modern therapy room - I felt as if I was on holiday in an exclusive spa. Sam is very intuitive as well as knowledgeable, knowing exactly where and how far to massage a weary and sore body. The facial was second to none, her fingers were very precise in their movements, giving my skin a full workout that felt very soothing. The products were vey calming on my skin and with their beautiful scents were like aromatherapy. As you can see I am so happy with my treatment with Sam and will be returning. In these days of uncertainty, it was such a pleasure to escape and do something special for myself, it did a world of good for my body and soul, thanks again Sam.

???? WOW ???? So today I had the biggest treat - I experienced the Mother To Be Spa Experience... and it was absolutely incredible ???? An ESPA aromatherapy facial including face, shoulder, scalp and décolleté massage followed by a pedicure with polish AND Afternoon Tea ???? Honestly the atmosphere and the team are so friendly and professional - I cannot wait to go back! A huge thank you to Katie for the incredible treatments (bub was kicking through the whole of the facial - I felt so relaxed ☺️) and thank you to Claire and Sarah for organising and making me feel so welcome ???? Mummas - if you can’t do a baby shower right now why not ask to be treated to this with a few girlie friends - honestly you’ll be so pleased you have xxxx

Booked myself in for the oriental spa package. Started with a 1hr body scrub which made my skin feel so soft, then finished with a 90min body and foot massage, this was so relaxing. Lanoy done such a great job and I would definetly go back again. The building was clean and authentic, the service was friendly and professional and the treatment was well worth the money. This place is like a little bit of heaven in the middle of the city centre, will recommend to everyone.

Felt in the need of a spa - but short on cash. For £15 it is possible to relax in the sauna, steam room, spa pool and rest on the poolside reclining chair for the whole day. Should I have felt more energetic use of the gym is included in this price! It is great to feel that you are having a real treat on a tight budget.
