We are a young couple, Matt and Emma, that started out with an idea for a great little spa, we wanted to create a custom built retreat for both visitors near and far. Using the finest product ranges, a great selection of heat experiences and a skilled enthusiastic team we provide a perfect little hit of relaxation. Everything we do at TGS is shaped by this idea. We provide stress relief in beautiful surroundings with fabulous therapists to look after you.

Such a wonderful experience. The facilities are excellent, the pool is so warm & there are 3 blissful sauna/steam rooms & 2 refreshing tropical showers. I had a full body massage which was incredible. All finished off with a super tasty lunch. A thoroughly relaxing & blissful experience. Thank you :)

The classes at this facility are exceptional. The high energy and motivation pushes members and guests to reach their goals and improve fitness. I’ve always loved Les mills classes and enjoy the range on offer here. From body combat to pump. Probably my favourite class here though is their body battle class. This is a unique class developed by this gym and involves high intensity routines of punching combinations on heavy bags with cardio intervals in between. It seems to challenge all members regardless of fitness levels. I’m personally not a huge fan of gyms so don’t get much use out of the quality equipment here. It all seems to be of a great standard. But I’m no expert. The only time I really use this kit is during the circuit style rig class. The place has a real good atmosphere and is relaxed. They do a pay as you go option here for people who don’t want to commit to membership but think they also offer a free trial. I’d definitely recommend this facility and the instructors at feel good.

Great place - really lovely atmosphere and the staff are superb - really friendly and nice and the classes are fantabulous and there’s a great range of classes too. Could go on but you get the picture! 10/10 oh and the biking system is really easy too ????????
