Honestly , I tried a few places already and service was terrible As a diamond member for shangrila even though I wasn’t staying there , was at the W hotel , which. Spa was terrible , this is truly a international facility The place was modern clean and extremely processional , my masseuse was from thailand and did a great job with the aromatherapy 90 m massage why myGF had a hot stone massage which she extremely loved Highly recommend this place to anyone in Istanbul

Have my Purovel Spa & Sport membership for nearly 3 years and want to say many thanks for an excellent and satisfying experience during my time here. Bülent and Inci have the perfect teams to run the Sport and Spa facilities. Starting with the reception staff, everyone is very attentive and caring for the well-being of clients' needs. Therapists and instructors/trainers are very professional and make every effort to provide the perfect experience. I have been training with Ibrahim during the entire period and results have shown me the excellent guidance and professionalism I receivced from him during the entire period. Thank you Purovel team for perfect service and all hours we spent together, I don't want to miss it moving forward!!
