Lingering over pain au chocolat in a sidewalk café, relaxing after a day of strolling along the Seine and marveling at icons like the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe… the perfect Paris experience combines leisure and liveliness with enough time to savor both an exquisite meal and exhibits at the Louvre. Awaken your spirit at Notre Dame, bargain hunt at the Marché aux Puces de Montreuil or for goodies at the Marché Biologique Raspail, then cap it all off with a risqué show at the Moulin Rouge.

I visit this place only when I feel in shape. The workout is challenging and the instructors are so motivational that you will find your self casually pushing through your limits. The regret will only come the next day when you can't walk. The workout is made up of running intervals followed by flow work. The intervals are relatively long and punishing. The floor work is less arduous as French women seem to hate working out their upper body. Still expect plenty of difficult ab exercises. The crowd is made up of serious runners in a country where people can run at a serious level. It's a great place to benchmark your fitness against the locals. If you can only workout once on your trip, make this your stop. Also, unlike Barry's, their swag is reasonably priced and looks great when you are back home.
