We had a dinner recently there. Delicious sea food accompanied by the local vine and superb deserts made a wonderful impression. The prices are also very tolerate; for 4 adults and 3 children we spent 90 euro.

Picked this restaurant as it had customers. Wanted the rabbit with snails but no could do. Staff attentive enjoyed my fish but hubby less impressed with his choice. Slightly pricier than we wanted but should have noticed the add ons. Nice food, good company but would be more selective next time. Would have made a return visit but every time we walked past not enough customers.. Felt authenticly Spanish

We took the "menu tradicional" @ lunch which cost 35EURO and does not include wine nor cafe. This is very expensive for Vinaros so expectations are also very high. The food was good and well presented. Environment is nice weather you eat inside or outside. Portion are not very big but we were not hungry when leaving. Overall ok so deserve an average rating. I feel it is too pricy compared to others and will not try it again.

Wonderful restaurant if you are a fresh fish and rice lover. They cook the rice in many different ways, all of them delicious! They have also very good wines.Excellent service.Carlos "el peseta" is a very professional Maitre, local, really nice, he likes to joke but with ellegance, which is always well appreciated.

CHA SISCO BraserÃa · Tasca · Cocedero · Burladero Especialidad en carnes a la brasa y pescados de lonja. Productos selectos de interior de la provincia de Castellón.
Tried the hot stone beef chop, more than enough food for 4 people and only â¬42.00 including patatas fritas. A really interactive family dining experience. Wine very reasonable and very nice. Beautiful scenery overlooking the sea and port, staff very friendly and made a table for us even though they were very busy. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Vinaros.Highly recommended.

Restaurante en el paseo de Vinaros desde 1975. Cocina mediterranea especializada en arroces y comida casera.
El Barco is shut from Sunday lunchtime to Tuesday evening. We managed to eat on a quiet Wednesday lunchtime when only two tables were in use. The canopy over the outside seating are gave good shade & made it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal.Rather oddly we were not asked what drinks we would like after we had sat down? We were given English translated menu which strangely didnât even list the drinks? No idea what beer they serve there as we had soft drinks. We ordered cheese & ham omelette & cheese & ham Iberico pork escalopes, these came with chips & a small amount of vegetable ragu. Bread was brought out while we waited for the food. Some places offer this for free, but El Barco charge â¬1. It isnât much to pay, however, it is annoying when extras are charged when you had not asked for them. I would also suggest El Barco give a side plate hen bringing out bread, so you can pour olive oil onto it without spilling it all over the tablecloth?Food was great; no problem there. Service however was abrupt & came across as almost rude. Almost all restaurants we have visited in Spain, have had excellent waiting staff. I know the pay is terrible & we always leave a tip, even when service is included because the both waiting staff & kitchen staff work hard & deserve it. El Barco, loses points because I felt like we were an inconvenience to the waiting staff. It is also important to have a friendly waiter/waitress & a good atmosphere, but El Barco, we quickly ate our â¬30 lunch & were glad to leave. Will not be returning & would only recommend if the staff treat all customers with the respect they deserve. Shame because the food was fabulous.Hello, thanks for coming to our restaurant. We are glad to hear you liked our food. We are sorry about your feeling with our waiter but we are always good known for great feelings with people. We hope next time you feel better, see you soon!

We always like to visit when we are in Vinaros. We are always made to feel welcome and on our last visit with grandchildren they were well catered for. The food is always of high quality and our younger daughter, who did not visit this year can't wait for 2017 so she can enjoy the Devil's Roast!!

We went there in desperation as everything was closed on the national Catalan day. We liked the setting al fresco on the opposite side of the road. The ordered tapas were OK. Were disappointed by the fries which were badly cooked and greasy. Additionally they were coated with two layers of ketchup and mayo: to make you run away

Fabulous outside evening dinner on Saturday night with friends near the bustling promenade and marina. Very friendly knowledgable attentive waiting staff who worked with us on our broken spanish and their broken english. We ordered a mix of starters including their pride of local jamon which they cut to order at the adjacent jamon station. The flavours were delicious. The Andalusian calamari was beautifully cooked with each piece being al dente soft captured in a light crisp coating. However the star of the show were the fillet steaks cooked perfectly and oozing with succulence accompanied with a smooth balanced Protos from Ribera del Duero....no space for postre!!!Gracias por su calificación y reseña.
