We dined here twice, nice views out of the back of the restaurant, limited but nice menu, the roast lamb was very tasty. The owner brought a girl in who could speak some English to help. Wonderful village most highly recommended.

This is the restaurant of one of the most extraordinary hotels you will ever see. Worth the visit just to look inside the hotel (stunning outside too). The a la carte menu looked interesting but being alone in the restaurant to start with, we were concerned only the set menu might be fresh. No need to worry. The restaurant filled up later. So for just â¬20 per head, including as much very drinkable house wine as you can drink we had shellfish melange appetisers followed by squid risotto (too salty but tasty) and goat cheese salad for starters. Then we both had good octopus on bed of potato slices. Then a couple of desserts (not great to be honest) and coffees. Incredible value in classy surroundings. The waiter was extremely attentive. Glasses never allowed to become empty and plates cleared instantly. If anything, food appeared suspiciously fast. Virtually no English spoken but menus were translated. Google helped.

Bar ristorante semplice, servizio gentile, prezzi onestissimi!
We came here for a guided tour and overview of the bakery and company. Our guide, Beatriz (spelling??) was great. She was most accommodating and open to covering the tour in Spanish and English. She had a passion for the company that shines through. We also got to see the family members at work throughout the business. Great to see the family tradition and women running the business strong. The private tasting and Beatrizâs presentation was great!Make sure to try the products throughout Spain or try to make your way to this location.

We came to this restaurant because the one we intended to visit was closed, but we certainly didn't regret it!The menu of the day was excellent - home cooking at its best. And three courses for 9⬠- don't know how they do it!Will definitely be back!

Un año después...volvemos a La Inesperada. No una...sino dos veces. Y volvemos a disfrutar mucho. Recomendable.

Extremely friendly service. As vegetarians we were given some out of the menu options. We got great dishes, very well prepared.I can say the best we ate in Spain so far.
