We had a lovely 3 course meal here on Valentines Day. The service and food were both very good and the portions are massive. The restaurant had been nocely decorated as well. A lovely atmosphere.

Visited here on the August 15 Holiday without making a reservation and luckily were given a table right on the beach line. Nearly all the other tables were reserved. The food and service excellent taking into account how busy it became. We had Mussels, chicken breast and the amazing squid cooked in olive oil, which itâs a good job the waitress told us it was enough for two as it was a whole squid with potatoes served a lovely olive oil sauce. Whatâs not to love, a good meal, sea view and people watching!

If you want tapas or something simple like pasta, chicken etc this is a good place to eat. Great view overlooking the beach, met does get busy late evenings and Spanish lunchtimes. A little English is spoken but never a problem and the staff are friendly.

If you are visiting the Saturday Market, the Terraza Carmona has to be on your agenda for lunch. Excellent food whilst sitting outside on the terrace and in the shade, inside is a little noisier but quite acceptable. Just a lovely place to chill. Suggest you get there before 12.30 as the place begins to fill up quickly or book a table & time.

Restaurant with Spanish cuisine. With the best ingredients and best experience and care of the work. Bullfight, meat, fish, Valencian rice. Know our gastronomic experience.
I visited the restaurant several times on my trip. Every time I was spoiled for choice. The Tuna Steak and veg was a particular favourite. All very well priced, great wine list and fantastic service.Xmas day we had a very good meal. Starters, mains, several bottles of wine, a few beers, coffee and liqueurs for under 80 Euro for both of us. Xmas day in the sun enjoying food with a great music from the local classical musicians.

Whilst specialising on fried fish this place also does much more, with even a few veggie options. - fried aubergine was delicious. The clams were fresh and lovely. Calamaritoes wonderful. Efficient and friendly service. All very reasonably priced.

So we visited twice while on holiday neither booked but both times accommodated by a very friendly northern lady (Iâm guessing NE but donât want to insult her). Quick summary Ribs excellent, Cauliflower Dahl has great taste and textures, pork in cider vinegar sauce well cooked and great flavours, the goats cheese salad for starters is well balanced, the chicken tandoori juicy and tasty, the stone mess and the crumble both excellent. Service great, wine selection good and the cheap rose is brilliant at â¬10 and having drunk it in a Wine Society case and loved it for a lot more we were happy. 3 courses for â¬15 is just silly cheap and when the foods this good we would recommend a visit but definitely book.

Juan Morenoâs Restaurant was inaugurated on August 8th, 2006. It was the starting point, although far from becoming complacent we have undergone several changes. These changes havenât affected only the menu, because of the increasing demand of family gath
I've been coming to Vera, Almeria, Spain for over 30 years. The region is known for its fish, fresh vegetables, magnificent landscape, but not for its gastronomy. So, when someone suggested Juan Moreno nearly 15 years ago, I didn't take it seriously. Finally, last night, we took the plunge and Boy, what a Surprise! TripAdvisor currently rates it as the best fine dining in the province of Almeria. For the reasons mentioned above, I haven't really explored haute cuisine in the region, but Juan Moreno definitely deserves a place among the Almerian stars. I read a review here saying the menu is "too exotic". Indeed, if you are a hamburger and chips or pizza person, you should perhaps look elsewhere. I was also told it is very expensive - well it all depends on your definition of expensive. You would be hard put to find such creative cuisine and sensitive service anywhere in Europe for just â¬55. We took the premium wine pairing, which really worked well for me, except the Rioja tempranillo served with the red mullet - I preferred to continue with the Rias Baixas and use the Rioja as a transition to the very succulent and tender mountain lamb accompanied by a very full Tuscan red. By the time, I had got to this point my palate and stomach were both saturated, even though the culinary journey wasn't over. Next time, I will remember to have a lighter lunch to leave enough room for the whole menu. To summarise, if you enjoy fine food, this place is definitely worth a 100km drive to experience, but if you're going for the wine pairing, you might want to book a night in hotel!!!First of all, thank you for deciding to trust us and for taking the time to share your opinion. We are really pleased you enjoyed the Tasting Menu and the wine pairing. As you said, this menu is elaborated and requires time to properly enjoy it as there are usually between 10-12 courses. We change it completely every few months throughout the year so we invite you to come back in the future to have a different experience (we publish the new menus on our facebook page and on the website). We are really looking forward to seeing you again!

Neptuno Mojácar, a magnificent restaurant on the Mediterranean coast in the Playa de Mojacar, where you can enjoy the finest Mediterranean cuisine, led by the best chefs in the area. Our specialty: grilled meats and fishes on firewood, sardines cooked in
Popped in for lunch and enjoyed fresh sardines, lovely white Rioja overlooking the sea. Service was friendly and welcoming view was superb, wine was top notch and the fish was fresh and tasty. The only down side was the number of flies buzzing around and landing on the food which did get annoying after a while. Food drink and view 5/5.
