We went there following the good reviews on TripAdvisor. We wanted to order tapas and a main but the waiter, who didn't speak English, was quite dismissive and didn't understand our order. We were brought the main (octopus with potatoes), which was tasty and tender, but nothing exceptional. We then waited for 40 minutes for the tapas, which never came. We had to ask the waiter again, who almost didn't want to bring us tapas. In the end we managed to eat two: one with small fried wish and a croquette. There was live music playing inside, which was nice. Overall, the restaurant is a bit overpriced and the service was not satisfactory given the general welcoming attitude of Andalucia.

We arrived at the Camperpark and decided to try this place as they had a â¬15 Sunday menu... good choice except for the postres which were probably shop bought, the tiramisu was especially bad...However, I have given them 4 stars for the starter of paella de carne which was freshly made while we waited and well worth the wait and the two pork dishes... secreto iberico and legato de credo Iberico. It is so nice to find simple Spanish dishes made with good ingredients. The waiter had a little English and tolerated our attempt at Spanish with smiles! He was very efficient to begin with but overwhelmed later as it got busier... I donât think he would cope if the restaurant was full...Would we return? Definitely yes....

We had one dinner, we took Paella negra for 2 persons (26â¬) very very tasty.Again one restaurant without billingual menu and without waiters who speak english.Maybe we would try some other specialty but we didn't understand a word this menu or this waiter that didn't understand our questions.Personel was little not professional, 3 waiters were in one moment around our table, looking in our plates, glases, and laughing behind our back. They couldn't believe that I didn't want anything to drink since they do not serve wine on glasses, only on a bottle, I think this is very big minus.

A very quiet and pretty restaurant, where you could taste the most interesting products from Almeria. We used to open from March to middle of October.
The staff at this restaurant are very nice - friendly and knowledgeable. The food is also excellent. We had two fish of the day dishes with fresh vegetables. Both were delicious. The cheesecake desserts were also very nice, and the included digestif rounded the evening off perfectly.
Wow! restaurant, situated in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. The restaurant offers a menu combining tradition and fusion, as well as Japanese dishes, in a quiet and cozy atmosphere.
Yes, it lives up to its name. The food is good, the entertainment evenings are also good. The service is a little disorganised but that adds to its charm in a way!

These were the best tapas we had in San Jose. We started with the Sardine Escabishe, then we had baby calamari with chick peas in an incredibly flavourful sauce and then the tartita of prawns. They were all perfectly cooked, extremely tasty, authentic and different from the general run of the mill tapas found in other restaurants. The white Rueda wine was also very good as well. Service was helpful and friendly.Sadly we didn´t have time to return for dinner here as both the fresh fish and huge steaks looked great. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant on our next visit.

We were walking in late afternoon when saw the table available in the small terrace, and we decided to drink a glass of wine. The waiter recommended a very good rioja reserva for 14 Euros, and also recommended a salad followed by crispi cereal coated chicken breast, so we decided the dinner on the spot. We were prepared for something light but more formal, and that resulted very informal but really good. The view of the beach and the sunset was perfect from our table. The restaurant is not located in the waterfront, but the view was throug a narrow street, located just in front of the terrace. Definitely we were at right place at right time.Service was very good and price was very good too...what else you can ask ?

Cocina sana, rica y natural. Para todos los públicos, con y sin intolerancias. Productos bio y de cercanÃa. Para disfrutar.
El Jardin offers a range of food but specialises in allergy avoidance and vegetarian dishes. In line with this, we both had vegetarian dishes, mine being the one mentioned by the last reviewer, berenjenas, based on baked aubergines, which was piping hot and delicious, while my wife had the gnocchi. The owner / server was very friendly to all diners. The review ratings truly reflect the situation here, that this small restaurant is way above the rest on this marina-side row, which are at best average.

Very classy food, particularly with the new special âAlmeria 2019â menu - they give you numerous (mainly fish and seafood) dishes from right across the menu. Even though itâs â¬48, itâs good value for what you get. Good atmosphere and knowledgeable staff - highly recommended.
