Lovely outside space here and we are regular visitors to El Cerro. Staff are very friendly and there is great menu choice. The tapas are fab so if you're not overly hungry just order a few drinks and you'll get a different freshly cooked tapas each time. Food is all lovely, not had a bad meal there!
This bar/restaurant has a full bar with large screen television (for the football) plus a large separate restaurant. It also has a large patio outside which gets packed on summer evenings. They have an extensive menu & a good selection of wines & beers. The owner Josemi runs the bar & his wife Maria the kitchen. This is the focal point of the village right opposite the Community Centre. Also my local.

You have a great view overlooking Loja from this restaurant, the food was good, they served us "Caracoles" for starters which is their specialty, if you've never tried this is worth it. Their salads were out of this world "huge" amount. I tried a meat dish with mushrooms which was very delicious. It's a place worth the visit and enjoy the afternoon in .

Had lunch recently at this restaurant-located slightly above town. There were four of us and two had Trucha Plancha which was grilled to perfection with garlic and parsley. Sadly the chips were the French fries variety, lacking life and texture. The other two in our party had Trucha with tomatoes which was excellent but had the same troubled chips. Sadly my choice of rice pudding was rather stodgy and lacked flavour and taste. Despite these set backs the staff and the actual trout itself was excellent

I was travelling alone & asked a pleasant girl in a shop where I might eat. She suggested Alacena so I went along with no ideas in mind. I arrived at 9.15 pm & it was very busy & full of local people having a good time. The menu is simple but extensive & I chose the stuffed aubergines which were obviously cooked to order as they took a while to arrive & had not been standing around. Very tasty. The service was good too. If you like a genuine Spanish place to eat, this is for you.

After our daughters wedding nearby in 2013, we took close family members here for supper. Food was very good and their choice of wines was, for a small restaurant, extreemly good and the whole bill was reasonable to say the least. Whilst the menu was in Spanish, the owner spoke some English and was very helpful. We would certainly return there if we visit the area again.

With the sixth and all the rest of the senses, with illusion, with experience, with originality, with attention, with professionalism, with imagination, with quality, with comfort⦠Restaurante Flati presents itself as an indispensable catalyst of sensatio
Great find, very classy but friendly. Nice wood burning stove in the corner, attractive decor, clean, proper napkins too! My friend had a cod dish & the maitre d put together a vegetarian platter for me (not on the menu) which was very tasty & fresh. Good parking & just outside the centre. Recommended.Thank you for your visit and your kind opinion!
