A casual elegant place were you can enjoy seafood, steaks, pizza and local food.
Stopped here for lunch and food was amazing. We had Fish Tacos as Starters and they were good. I had Mofongo de Yuca stuffed with Churrasco, Pork, Chicken, Bacon and Chorizo, called El Cinco Estrellas. Delicious. My girl had Chillo Frito, the small one, she loved it too. Overall was a great lunch.
Traditional Puerto Rican dessert, candy and cheese store. Specialized in limbers, Puerto Rican ices, fresh ingredientes, natural coconut milk, 21 flavors!
Anytime I visit from NYC, there are multiple visits to this adorable store. There are lots of homemade goodies including tembleque, arroz con dulce made with fresh, Puerto Rican coconut and the reason I always come, limber. It's an icy concoction that comes in 21 different flavors but I can never depart from what I think is the best one, coconut. The store also carries a wide variety of typical PR candies both homemade and packaged as well as local "queso de oja" a creamy, white local cheese. They also have some souvenirs such as key chains but if I were on the receiving end of a souvenir from this place, make it edible!! Open 365 days a year! Grab a limber and sit outside at one of the tables. They taste even better if they melt a little. Staff has always been courteous and they also offer samples.
I have literally been driving by this place for years and had never stop. While driving around with the family we saw the pinchos sign and stopped. Oh, we are so glad we did. (we went 3 days straight...lol) Not only were the pinchos amazing, the staff is extremely friendly. What amazed me the most was the tab after eating and drinking. It was always very cheap. I definitely recommend this spot for some munchies and some cold beers....

Still on my quest to find good Mexican food in PR. The server was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice (AC, art, music by mexican artists).Ordered lunch specials: chicken flautas for me and chicken burrito for SO. Bland, but filling. Refried beans tasted as if they came straight from a can. Rice similar to Rice-o-Roni. Salsa not spicy at all, more like tomato paste. We ordered margaritas, even though the server said they were premixed. Also bland. Ordered dessert, cajeta, since it was their specialty. Not authentic, delicious. It was a fried tortillas topped with a mountain of vanilla ice cream, drizzled with cajeta (caramel) and dusted with shredded coconut. All that for a whopping $40.Bottom line: if you're used to eating real Mexican food, don't bother.Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations, 95% of our customers are native Islanders and prefer our way of preparing Mexican food, we have tried spicy and other authentic Mexican plates and received negative customer response. The house margaritas are premixed but you can also order margaritas with a variety of tequilas. I don't know if you were offered the option.

Near Isabela shopping center and the Platanal restaurant at #2 road. One of the best Baker & Pastry shop in Isabela. They serve fresh hot bread and is delicious. The sandwiches are very good and fresh coffee is great. The food for lunch are very good and have a variety to choose. Ordered swiss cheese and turkey sandwich slices very good. Pastries, cakes, all types of goodies, all are delicious. Employees are friendly and service is great. Overall: excellent. Two thumbs up.

Took a chance and bet on Trip Advisor and WOW! What a cool local joint, great atmosphere, clean and food was delicious. This place is very local, but they were so friendly and found english speakers on staff to help us with the menu. Also I have a food allergy and the manager came over to personally talk to me and make sure my dish was free of allergens. BTW, comments about the wait are no joke so go early. We got seated with no wait at 5pm but the line started to form about 530.
