Buena relación calidad precio. El servicio tardó más de la cuenta y algunos comensales tuvieron que empezar sin la mesa servida. Por lo general buena presentación de los platos.

Traditional pintxos, home made bread sandwiches and cazuelitas or litle dishes to share with friends. Enjoy a good selection of wines

Home-made food, grilled meats and fish since 1887. We recommend our star dish, the mixed vegetables, as a starter alongside a good fish soup, salad or stew of the day, before moving on to grilled fish or beef (also available fried). To finish, a great hom
We live in Australia. One of the joys of traveling occur when you have a wonderful local experience. This place turned out to be one of those special travel moments that we will never forget. This restaurant is owned and run by a mother and her two sons. The mother cooks, one son attends to the roast lamb cooking over the coal pit, and the other looks after the tables. Four of us dined together and we ordered half a lamb to be ready upon our arrival at 1.30pm.Apart from the lamb we had desert and a top bottle of red.Let us tell you. The lamb is the best we have ever eaten. Just yum.First up they deliver a beautiful fresh salad to the table, then soon after a plate of the lamb. Just when we thought we had finished they delivered another bowl of salad and another plate of lamb. Then, just when we again thought we had finished they brought out a beautifully prepared and wonderful tasting plate of offal that came from the lamb. Then, they brought out a beautiful Omlette made with liver from the lamb. Of course we did not eat it all, but wow was it all delicious. After dessert one of sons came to the table with several bottles of alcohol and four shot glasses. We were welcome to drink as much as we liked. The hospitality and service was outstanding, and the atmosphere authentically local. We were very pleasantly surprised with the bill. We were staying in San Sebastion so we hired a car and drove around the coast then joined the highway. Its about 54 KM away. You can also take a bus from the Bus Station then catch a taxi when you get to Eibar.Thank you very much for your visit, you have a fantastic family. I wish we can get back to enjoying your presence in our home.

We ended up there- the road ends at the restaurant btw, because the restaurant at our nearby hotel was closed that day.The menu is simple yet intriguing. The food is very good simply prepared and the portions are huge. My wife ordered the fish soup and it was delicious but would have been enough for 4 people. The ham plate was superb. I tried the mistake salad and it was huge. Full of tuna and eggs with veggies. Then I tried the revuelto de champis. A good egg and mushrooms dish. With wine the total was 30 euros.

On my last visit to Bilbao, my family took me to this unpretentious and well-decorated restaurant in Eibar (about 45 mts ride)We tried many dishes, all wonderfully and lightly cooked, all made with the best fresh ingredients. The shrimps, squids, and sea bream were outstanding, cooked in such a way that their delicate taste was not lost but subtly enhanced. The tomato salad with mango, goat cheese, arugula, and nuts was a festival of flavours. The meat dish was just perfect, and the dessert exquisite. This is a truly remarkable restaurant with an excellent and honest cuisine. Next time, when I visit Bilbao again, I will definitely lunch here again. I can't wait!!
