Specialized restaurant in Octopus, with numerous elaboration versions. Also beef steak, etc ...

No esperes exquisiteces.

A truly elegant, spacious restaurant that also caters for large weddings, dinner/dances etc. with the beach just a stone's throw away. We attended my partner's son's wedding so the event was very special for us. It was a small wedding by Spanish standards (50 guests) and most people knew everyone else. We were all impressed by the menú, the impecable service and the sophistication of the dining romos. After having consumed a good portion of the 20 odd starters in the bar área, we subsequently enterd the dining room . We were served grilled crayfish, which were superb followed by delicious clams a la marinera. Then came the sole, veal and lamb. I stayed with the refreshing white Albariño wine throughout the meal. Everything was faultless.

We ordered a mixed salad & it had over cooked eggs & the lettuce was old & brown. The calamari was over salted. The octopus was chewy & over salted, it had so much salt you can see the crystals & it was not served with potatoes. Being in the middle of a wine country I was shocked their house wine was horrible quality.

We went there because it was #1 on trip-advisor. I would like to know what the other people had. We had the menu. The salad was a simple as a salad can be. They used the same pickled paprika (fresh from the can) as they did on my fish. Only the ham they used was really good. My girlfriend had a fish-soup. She also did not finished that. The fish I had was horrible. Not only that the fish was burned â even the lemon-pieces were burned. As a compensation the potatoes were very oily. And donât forget the pickled paprika!!My girlfriend had some ham which was super-dry. Even though it was included in the menu we skipped the desert.

The other reviews are right. Great seafood of a high quality at a reasonable price. The owner, Suso, is a large, engaging man who's passion for quality food shines through. Talk with him about what you want and what's good today then relax and enjoy.

They offer grilled fish or grilled meat. We chose grilled sea bass which was delicious. Itâs offered with regular salad and a couple of pieces of boiled potatoes. Started was boiled muscles. For the desert I chose one out of daily many and they charged me +3â¬. In total 18â¬. (15+3)
