Find out what Southern-Italian restaurants to try in Santa Teresa Gallura. Italian families have been coming to Santa Teresa di Gallura’s lovely beach, Rena Bianca, for years, but only recently have travelers from outside Italy discovered this gem of a destination. Enjoy swimming in deep-blue water, playing in the sand, and, of course, enjoying fantastic fresh seafood in a beachside restaurant.

Saltara and its Staff gives you the warmest welcome, we are pleased to assist you in choosing the proposals menu. This year we wanted to dedicate our 24th season 2016 to you, guests to Saltara, offering you a La Carte menu chosen among the best of Sardini
Great welcome although the mistral was strong that day and the next few days and in mid august we were eating dinner cold. The meat got cold in less than 5 minutes which was a shame and the home made pasta also. I could only imagine what it would have been like on a 30 degree evening. Get the pig and pesto pasta like seen in the pictures and mix it ofcourse with some Cannonau and voilà ! Make sure to reserve, it gets busy in summer. We got lucky and got a table the afternoon after but we had no choice on the time left.

We had a delightful dinner at this restaurant. Mussels in wine and garlic were delicious and the clam pasta was really good too. The monkfish was very nice but didnât expect it to be a cold dish. You need a side dish with the monkfish.

If you are looking for a place other than the turistic places in Santa Teresa, you should definately go here! It's a typical Italian agriturismo run by a very friendly family. The place is full of Italians and the food is very good. There is no menu. The diner is served as of 20.30 and consists of several antipasti, several primi, a secondo and a desert. For us it was quite a lot of food, so we choose to skip one primi and the desert. As I cannot eat gluten, Paolina was so kind to prepare a risotto for me! Also the mirto (home made!) was delicious, and we bought 2 bottles to take home. Not sure if they speak English, but just go there and you will be surprised. Also our kids (9,12, 13) liked it. Highly recommended!!Thank you very much. Hope to see you soon again.Paolina :)

Seafood Menu. Rural Tourism. Maybe you know what an "agriturismo" is.... here it is, instead, a MARE (SEA) tourism! It's a tipical Gallurese fresh fish cooking. We offer you a "base" Menu including a starters selection, two kinds of first courses, a main
Wonderful, home-made and Michelin-star-worthy "agriturismo" restaurant in Santa Teresa di Gallura. Michele is a fantastic host, and really takes care of his customers and makes them feel at home. His mother is a wonderful Sardinian cook, and she should be in a Michelin star guide book. The atmosphere is cozy, romantic and elegant... With a bit of rustic feel to it that makes you wonder how they keep such a big place in a wonderfully well-maintained state. Food is EXCELLENT. The wine is to die for.

It includes an inner room plus a large outdoor terrace surrounded by a garden. Ideal for those who like to stay in the open air, and for those who love tranquility with a green and floral view.
Had one of the loveliest grill fish, nice staff, very busy restaurant. Forgot to bring wine for a while apart from that they are flawless, going to be back there for pizza tomorrow

Would have given this place 5 stars because the food was amazing but the wine which is around 6 euro elsewhere for half a litre started at 12 euro for 375mls. On a positive note the mussel/clam soup , mussels alla catalan, spaghetti a cozze, the malureddus and culurgionis were all brilliant. Overall impressed. Great food.

Friendly spaghetteria with tasty sauces and reasonable prices. We went there twice. Good puddings too.

This place was above and beyond ... the food, plentiful, varied, beautifully presented, fresh from the farm, flavorful, overall perfect. It is run by a family who takes great pride in their cooking and service. They were incredibly friendly and generous. It is the truest version of farm to table ... the waiter Edo, who is also an owner, spoke to us about nursing the pigs with milk every two hours all night long. The chef came out to check in on every course. It is charming beyond belief situated in a garden beneath vines and the stars. Incredible value for the money. 30 euros gets you five courses. Free extras abound. Even live music. Canât recommend it highly enough. A true highlight of our trip.

Restaurant of meat and fish immersed in the Gallura countryside tasting of typical dishes and seafood specialties
Good location for exploring local beaches. Porto Pollo is truly a windsurfing Mecca!Easy short drive to Palau and the gateway to La Maddalena archipelago. Restaurant serves generous authentic fayre and will serve you something other than the set menu if requested the day before. Breakfast is typically simple. Room was clean, very small and basic but ok for our two night stay. Very hospitable host and staff.
