ho cenato in questo locale che ho trovato per caso ero di ritorno dalle ferie facendo tappa ad Alberobello cercavo un posto per cena e mi fu consigliato con mia sorpresa all'entrata ho trovato una sorta di macelleria ho chiesto conferma se si mangiava mi è stato detto che dovevo scegliere il tipo di carne e il taglio che volevo e sarebbe stato cotto al momento . The staff were not the most friendly however they were helpful while trying to choose from the menu. Menu didn't change over the week but the food was delicious. We were given bread and the small breadsticks (not sure of the name, these are small hoops). We were then given a small 'chefs surprise' chich was three small amuse Bouche - cod fish cake, two sauces served in a dish that looked like a fried egg and goats cheese with strawberry dust and a sprig of mint to look like a strawberry. Delicious. I had the pasta with tuna and a cous cous salad, while my friend had prawns on a bed of salt. All very tasty.

We went to see the trulli city with our family of 4. We found the restaurant through tripadvisor, and went there for lunch. (It is 500m from the trulli zone)We had Pizza for the children, pasta and white wine for the lady, and i got entrecote with potatoes and red wine.It was a very good meal, one of our best lunches in Italy after a week here.Pizzaes was of high quality, the pasta was great! The meat was very well grilled!Good service, got our food fast - a little warm inside the restaurant. (But it was a very warm day in july)Only mistanke i made, was not to order fries for the entrecote.

Our family group of 13 made a booking for lunch at Fidelio, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. The restaurant is set in beautiful garden surroundings, which the two grandkids explored and played in after their lunch. We opted for the 14 course antipasto - 5 servings at â¬16 each. Unbelievable watching course after course come to our table. If there was a problem, it was just that we had ordered second courses of pastas and meat dishes!Believe me, the antipasti would have sufficed!All washed down with 4 bottles of rosé and a local white wine. Fidelio and his wife run a great restaurant and Iâd recommend this to anyone. Their son, Alessandro, also does a great job waiting and serving the food. Iâm not going to mention price, because itâs the quality of the food that matters, but if I mention a per head price of â¬30a head, youâll be amazed!!Thank you so much for this review. We are happy that you had a wonderful experience and that the 14 course tasting menu was very satisfying.
