Things to do in Santa Cruz
Pedimos una chorillana. Lamentablemente la chorrillana era muy pobre, casi sólo tenÃa papas fritas y muy poca carne y cebolla. No volverÃa. El local por dentro es frÃo y poco agradable, el mobiliario poco cómodo. Tienen opciones de cervezas, pero muy poca variedad. Hay otros lugares en Santa Cruz mucho mejores.
We tried to walk to this place and couldn't find it but on the back into town, via a different route, we saw it.Very glad we did because they had really nice sushi and a terrific host that spoke English too. I've submitted the location change to Trip Advisor, but in short it's on Av Ramón Sanfurgo but it's not out of town as displayed here. It's just off of Casanova. I've attached a picture.
Ohhh! this was something different. Chilean style sushi is something any foody should try. The mix of flavors is to die for. The rolls are very thick so, careful not to over order as we did. If you like sushi, come to this place and you would not be disappointed.
We stopped here around 8pm for dinner on our first night of two when staying in Santa Cruz. The other reviews in Spanish sold us in that this could be a local gem. Their specialty appears to be sandwiches and chorrillana. We just got sandwiches and plain fries because the chorrillana looked like they would be huge. It was a good choice because we could barely finish our sandwiches.Get the churrascos or lomito sandwiches, choose your 5 toppings, add some fries, and a drink, and you'll be happy.Unfortunately no alcohol served, so maybe they will let you bring your own beer or wine. The owner/chef knows a bit of English and can help if you if you are patient and don't know Spanish.

One of the few places open on a Monday night, this place was visited by locals and visitors. We enjoyed some typical Peruvian food including a nice steak, a tasty chicken dish and a good ceviche. The cocktails were great - although particularly strong!

Chilean food restaurant, located in one of the most tourist and beautiful cities in Chile, surrounded by vineyards place where the best and most exquisite wines from Chile and around de world.Processed by its own owner and her family.
Good service, good food, great price. In the hearth of Santa Cruz this cosy restaurant is a great option. Small and well presented restaurant with a simple but very well served menu. Excellent food and wines wit a nice ambience and familiar service. All for a affordable price so all in all a perfect option. Thanks for visiting usatteTeam cacho de cabra
Had a delicious dinner here after wine tasting nearby at Ventisquero! It was obviously a very new place but felt really cozy & inviting. Great service and menus/service in English (unfortunately our Spanish is very limited). We shared a steak and a few sides, everything was perfect. Extensive local wine list, and a bonus of dining in the Colchagua valley is the very fair pricing for a bottle of wine - similar to what you'd pay for the bottle at the vineyard! Highly recommend for travelers visiting this area.

Located in the heart of Colchagua Valley, our proposal seeks to conquer all kind of taste, a menu with differents options to share. A fine selection of the Chef's best cuts of meat, combined with a cocktail and wines menu which will be an ideal combinatio
Word of mouth is not out yet because they are open only a month. They are about 5 or 10 minutes from downtown. We were the first to arrive for dinner this evening. Very friendly greeting and attentive service. They helped with recommendations and descriptions. We were not disappointed and the food was excellent. All three of us loved our meals. Octopus-very tender; corvina wrapped in veggies; lentil salad. The deco is very country. We will eat here again if we go back to Santa Cruz.

Place is nice, well decorated and with a great view. The concept of the restaurant does not match with the idea that it is placed inside a winery! Dishes are so simply and with taste of blah. Nothing impressive and very disconnected with wines. I did not see any someliere or any guide of pair your dish with a tasty wine and say âit worthâ. Definetively, I will not come back.Dear rodri_gop21,Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion about your experience with us. It's always important to analice every comment our customers offer, specially when we haven't been able to conquer their preference. We feel this is the best way to keep moving forward in the path of continuos improvement. Our restaurant offers a menu that looks to show the quality of every ingredient, carefully chosen by our Chef. We have designed every dish thinking about the best pairing with our wines. We will thoroughly check our service protocols, to make sure our staff is advising our customers about the best food and wine pairing choice.
