Awful. The prawns are not clean. Got sick. Prices are 5 Times lower than Gaia Trattoria etc. You get what You Pay for.But at least the views are Great!

The food here is excellent. It is located inside the Sambil Mall but tucked in area on the outside of the mall. The restaurant has a courtyard which faces a beautiful inside pond and garden area so it is airconditioned! They have fish and pasta and I had both. I went there three times over a three week period and the food was consistently good.

It was extremely busy when we were there and service was still very good. Our waiter spoke perfect english, Was not super friendly but definately provided adequate service. Margaritas were huge and extremely well prepared. Would recomend eating here if you are in Sambil mall.

The initial experience was terrible because it was impossible to make a reservation by phone even though we found five different telephone numbers and non answered, finally we went during the day to reserve for the dinner. The place is very simple, actually a little bit ugly. The furniture is just terrible, but the good start with the food. The menu is very interesting, composed by multiple small dishes of Venezuelan food but very well prepared with gourmet style. We were three adults and we have three starters, four main dishes and three desserts and we shared everything so we made some kind of tasting menu. We really enjoyed the food. The attention was excellent. The personnel knows very well the menu and every dish is explained in details. We enjoyed all the details of the preparation and cooking. The relationship value - price was excellent. I will return during my next visit to Margarita, so I will have the opportunity to try other dishes of the menu.

This was our second time in Trimar. I might not come back. Service was very slow. They were out of few items. Foforera only had tripa de perla, nothing else. Waited for over an hour for paella.

In my recent trip to Isla Margarita, me and a couple of friends decided to try this new place. Food was amazing but service was AWFUL....waited almost 40 min for drinks, waitress was the worst ever, rude and unfriendly, let us waiting over 30 min for dessert to then find out they were out of it. Asked for check and waited again over 25 min, finally we got up so we could pay, when I start complaining to owner, he just asked me for my credit card and ID so I could pay. Really? Never again! Food was awesome thou, compliments to the chef, but owner and personnel have no maners.
