We stopped here after tubing through St Hermans cave. The food was fantastic - super fresh tortillas with delicious chicken and bean filling. We loved the horchata over ice. Highly recommended and a needed break from Sleeping Giant.

Awesome food with a nice Mexican fuzz to it. The best jalapeño poppers (stuffed jalapeños) I've ever had. Friendly staff and owner who checks on customers. A good view of the town and on clear days you can see villages 10 miles away.

When it comes to Mickey's price is secondary only to the quality of food. Yes it's inexpensive, but the food is some of the best I've had.

Amigo's Restaurant & Bar is one of the stopping points on the way to the Cayo district. It's located just off the western highway, and really it can't be missed; ok it can be but just turn back around. They have a typical Belizean menu and if you are lucky enough for the barbecue to be running then get a bbq chicken plate. Can't go wrong. Cold Beer. Nice Atmosphere. Good Food.

Across From Gas Station Near Turn-off To Wooden Bridge
I was taken here by two Belizian friends on two separate occasions. Each night, we had great food. The place was constantly full as customers came and went. Even had takeaway which I noted for my own personal use. They made veggie burrito that was great...and BZ $ 2.50. Great value, great food. Need more reasons to get there?!

Your delightful Barn & Grill restaurant, located on a horse ranch and specializing in burgers and steaks. A chill relaxing feel set in nature with the sound of birds while you enjoy the delicious food that Belize has to offer.
I visited Trey's with a group that was in Belize for a mission trip. What an amazing experience. Excellent service and amazing food. Between our group we had various steaks, ribs, chicken and pork chops. All were excellent. The sides and dessert were also delicious. This was my third visit and all previous were similarly excellent. Will definitely return the next time I am in country!

We had such a good lunch here last time that we returned on this trip to Jalapenos. We had the wings and pibil tacos - both of which we would recommend. The server has the most beautiful smile and she is so pleasant and patient with questions.

Stopped in to see this unique place off the hummingbird highway. Sat down with friends and an hour later we left. The menu is more than adequate with an assorted variety. The service was above average. Not quite upscale but not a rush in to eat place. Take time to enjoy the owner - chef's cuisine and you will return for more.

DâSky Bistro by Chef Ennel is on a hilltop with a spectacular view of San Ignacio and the Maya Mountains. We offer our patrons an Experience in addition to excellent cuisine.
We had the upstairs patio to ourselves. We had Bruschetta and a few pastas. It was all great. The service was excellent. Very reasonable prices, nice view and very nice owners. Be sure to give it a try!

Our beautiful and cozy little restaurant overlooks the main center of San Ignacio town. We offer local (traditional and contemporary Belizean) cuisines. We are the only restaurant in San Ignacio that offers a full local menu.
Maybe other reviews set expectations too high. The space was on the second floor. There was no air flow and it was quite warm. As for the food, we were underwhelmed. There was no Ivy (mentioned in other reviews) when we visited. Two nice young men were running the place. The food just wasnât that good this night. I had the jerk chicken burrito which just wasnât quite right. My son had a similar experience with his fish tacos which lacked flavor. This is unfortunate but perhaps it was an off night. Weâve had good meals in San Ignacio and there is no lack of food in this area. We were disappointed to have wasted an opportunity to eat well this night.I am sorry you had a bad experience at our restaurant. The cooks that are there were trained by myself, Ivy and using my recipes. I am on maternity leave at the moment but will be back next week, the 1st week of June.I will be back soon with more of my flavorful traditional menus. Thank you for sharing your helpful feedback and I hope that you would give Authentic Flavors a second try if you return to San Ignacio.Regards,Ivy
