Sem o luxo dos restaurantes para turistas da cidade, o Sorriso é o melhor custo x benefÃcio para quem quer fugir da mesmice dos rodÃzios galeto+polenta+radiccio de Bento Gonçalves. Atendimento perfeito e com uma combinação extremamente saborosa do inÃcio ao fim. Merece mais de uma visita.

The food has lots of varieties in their beefâs and a nice salad Buffett as well, and still have few Brazilian deserts to enjoy. Their service is outstanding, the restaurant owner is opening a new place even more beautiful 1 block away that I must try next time when I go to Bento Gonçalves. The owner is kind and gentle, and the staff are attentions with the guests.The place is simple and prices are reasonable, very good for what is offered.

Na chegada olhamos o cardápio e achamos muito caro, no entanto, percebemos que as porções são bem servidas e vem salada de folhas e couvert. Pedimos um bife de chorizo e um pimentão recheado e comemos entre 3, assim não ficou caro. A carne estava muito boa e recomendo o pimentão!Para um casal acho que fica caro. Todos os cortes de carne bovina são em torno de 100 reais.

Ambiente agradável, porém comida deixou a desejar. Apesar de ser um prato elaborado (risoto de filé com mostarda djon), o risoto estava bastante pesado, se percebia bastante gordura provavelmente por conta da nata em grande quantidade. O cardápio não havia muitas opções para escolha. Ponto positivo é a bebida com preço coerente e não abusivo.

I think most of the really good restaurants in this wine region of Brazil are a bit outside the city centers, more in a rural setting. This place is different in that way. It is pretty much downtown Bento Goncalves. From the outside it does not look like much. Once you enter you find yourself in a wine shop, replete with the best wines this country has to offer. It is fun to just browse for a while if you are a wine aficionado. The restaurant is right adjacent to the wine shop/bar. The setting is unspectacular; more like a country type tavern. Yet, the service is very attentive. The food is plentiful and delicious. It is served "rodizio" style - you can eat as much as you want. They will keep serving you different cuts of meat, sausage, chicken etc. until you order them to stop coming back with their skewers. If you like two and a half hour long lunches, this is your place. Go for it!

The restaurant is in a very privileged place with a charming amenities and a breath taking outside landscape. The attendants are cordial and ready to bring to you all the fabulous dishes developed by chef Israel Santos.I decided to ask for a 5 times menu. All of the dishes available when I was there is in the picture you might find attached. I chose "Creme de abóbora" which was good. And then "Ragu de pinhão e charque" - which was very good. And the masterpiece "Canelone de alho poró com recheio de ragu de coelho com aipin".We managed to get the new chardonnay NUA by Via Una that turns the whole experience unforgettable.You might not get a table without a reservation. Enjoy it!

This restaurant is located next to the Dom Candido winery. They offer a set menu in a italian style. Very good food and prices are affordable. Wine is also very good.
