With homemade local dishes typical of the area ... To take away. All dishes are 5 Euros.
I had read some reviews about this fish restaurant in San Vito on tripadvisor. At 5 euro a portion for starters, pasta dishes and main courses, 2.50 euro for side dishes and 50 cents a person for service charge we weren't sure what to expect. I have to say we were not disappointed. The restaurant was almost full so we expected to have to wait but the service was excellent as was the food. We had three different items, half a litre of wine and a bottle of water and paid 20 euro. OK, the food was served on throw away plates and there were plastic glasses but what can you expect for that price. We would definitely go back again if in the area.

I love this place! we've eaten my favorite zucchini&shrimps gnocchi (one of the best things they do), mixed glill and a fish cooked in the oven with potatoes. I love everything about this place: the tastes, the fresh fish, the simple atmosphere. The only thing they should improve is the white wine "of the house". the red Montepulciano is good, while the white is not. It's overall my favorite fish place for limited budget in the area! It's healthy, tasty, good looking, home-style and enjoyable ....

Located directly on the Adriatic Sea, Cavalluccio consistently offers fresh seafood and a wonderful atmosphere. You may dine inside or outside - then enjoy a swim at their private beach! Service can, sometimes, be slow when they are crowded but - overall - a wonderful place to enjoy.

The place is really nice, tables are well spaced and you can enjoy a relaxing environment. The menu is short but the selection is excellent. Try the boiled octopus as starter and grigliata mista as main. They're delicious!! Price is reasonable but not cheap. Worth a visit for business, friends or couples. Not for kids

Had dinner here tonight with 4 friends. The food was delicious, not one complaint to make. 2 of our friends arent fish lovers, and as this is mainly a fish restaurant there was no problem at all. They made a beautiful chicken dish for them. The waiter Attilio spoke very good english and was so friendly and helpful. Would recommed to anyone visiting San Vito Chietino.

Had a very romantic dinner here with my partner, the two staff although could speak very little English were so helpful and tried there best to converse and make us feel welcome and comfortable. Food, wine and beer was amazing. We had antipasto for entree and I ordered lamb chops for main while my girl ordered stuffed crepes with sausage and vegetables. They also gave us loads of extras. Cant rave enough on how good the food was. A must try if your in Lanciano or close to it.

"In quel punto della costa dove un giorno approdò una balena, sorse un chiosco dove i pescatori di frodo presero ad arrostire "lu pesce a la vrace". Oggi La Balena è un ristorante che guarda il mare in tutta la sua bellezza fino all'orizzonte. I pensieri
This was our fourth visit here and it was a great experience again, overlooking the sea and the rickety traditional wooden fishing piers. The food and very local wine's of the highest standard - the five course fixed menu with prosecco is outstandingly good.Dear Emyr1,many thanks for Your rewiew and for being our valued customer. We hope to see You very soon for the fifth time... Bye ! La Balena

It's a restaurant suggested for all family and for business meeting also. The team, coocker and waiters are fantastic, great skill and friendly. I've never eaten meat and drunk wine so wonderful as well as served in the Ribot's restaurant. Prices are the cheapest I've never met during my travelling...Many thanks for existing!!!!!Moreno

I have been in Punta Vallevò restaurant few times and I have been always satisfied both by the service and the quality of the food. The fish is fresh and you can choose between a "myriad" of antipasti (appetizers) and main courses. My favourite dish is the "spaghetti (or any long kind of pasta) allo scoglio" that I am used to take also as master sample to compare the quality with other restaurants.I also liked the location just on the "old" railroad, few meters from the shoreline, suggested for a very romantic "tête-à -tête" with your "alter ego".Dining on the terrace in summer could cause some minor issues with mosquitos so I always suggest to carry a spray repeller.

We arrived at 1pm and left at 4pm. They have a set menu with many courses of delicious (shell)fish. Wine, water, coffee, limochello all included for only â¬35,-. Really good to have lunch here on a hot summer day. The view and experience of sitting above the Adriatic waves is fantastic. Not recommended for children(it takes to long). Reservation (lunch or dinner) recommended, because the have aprox 10 tables and full is full.
