Great experience around. Pre safari communication was prompt and seamless. They were so flexible with my strict budget and incredibly patient with my changes. The safari itself was just phenomenal. My guide Umbeni was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend time with.

We highly recommend touring with OneBike. In the planning stages, OneBike staff were excellent communicators who were flexible and accommodating in tailoring a 3-day tour to meet all of our goals. The trip itself exceeded our expectations on every front by combining biking with a traditional safari and cultural program. It was amazing to bike amidst safari animals, interact with local people and learn about Maasai culture. A wide range of cyclers can partake, even kids, because those who want a break can ride in the support vehicle. Hillary and Octavian were friendly, professional, knowledgeable guides who shared fascinating information about the area's flora and fauna as well as the local and tribal cultures, while Octavian was an experienced, careful and safe driver. We stayed in beautiful lodges with comfortable accommodations and delicious, locally grown food. Amazing bucket list vacation with an amazing company. We went on an 6 day safari with guide Chris. Saw every animal, stayed in great accommodations, ate wonderful food and had the time of our lives. Could not recommend Kilisa's safari more. Following our safari, we embarked upon a Kilimanjaro trek along the 7 day Lemosho route with guides Rama and Bacari and crew. Everyone was so FRIENDLY and catered to our every need (lots of needs at 15k+ feet). We successfully summited and don't think we would have without the Kilisa team looking after us. Unforgettable trip that really lifted our spirits after no traveling due to global pandemic. Everyone in Tanzania is kind, warm and welcoming. The team at Kilisa is no exception. Please consider Kilisa and guides Chris, Rama and Bacari on your safari and trek!

Majestic Mount Kilimanjaro is the awe-inspiring landmark of Tanzania but you don’t need to climb it to experience its full beauty and the captivating terrain that surrounds it. Our Sneak Peek of the Peak Hike is a Kilimanjaro day trip that gives you the opportunity to scramble up the first leg of the famed Marangu Route, through rainforest twittering with birdlife and chattering, curious blue monkeys. Watch out for a colobus or two!

We Spent about an hour trying to spot animals and when we saw them it came of sudden. Elephants, warthogs, buffalos, monkeys, crocodiles, hippos, giraffes, different antelopes, various birds, hyenas and lions!! Our guides have a huge knowledge about the nature and to find different wildlife. They stop whenever the tourist wants to take a picture on any animal. We have experienced 4 game drives in serengeti and 1 game drive in ngorongoro crater. For sure all the big 5 have been seen! Robert and his team (Joseph the driver and Joseph the cook) were very friendly and explained us everything! I can recommend them!

Our last minute, 8 night safari at the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater area couldn’t have been better! Brian was attentive from the moment I sent my first email to Staajabu Travel. He was originally scheduled to provide a guide for our full day game drives at the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro crater, as well as providing transport from the Serengeti to the Gibbs Farm, near the Ngorongoro crater. But as flights canceled, Brian made recommendations, and rerouted us to make sure we were able to maximize our time in the parks. When we landed at Kilimanjaro airport we were greeted by Brian and our incredible guide, Freddy. Instead of catching our flight the next day from Arusha to the Serengeti, as it canceled at the last minute, we decided to drive. 7 hours one way, breaking it up with an overnight in Karutu. It was an excellent way to get a jump start on our trip, see the beautiful country and avoid any other potential travel disruptions. We spent six full days on safari with our guide Freddy and we learned so much! He was an absolute joy! Brian handled every curve ball that was thrown at us, and even coordinated the Covid test that was required for our return trip through Kenya. We enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons and Gibbs Farm and would highly recommend working with Staajabu travel for all of your Tanzania travel needs!

The Lemosho Route is widely considered to be the best route on Mount Kilimanjaro. Not too long ago, there were only two main routes used to climb Kilimanjaro - the Marangu route and the Machame route. But as Tanzania's tourism industry flourished, the Kilimanjaro park authority created more trails to African's highest peak. Lemosho, a relatively new route, is preferred by reputable operators due to its beauty, remoteness and success rate. In short, it maximizes the chances that a climber will reach the summit, and enjoy the experience overall. The Lemosho route can be done in as little as six days on the mountain. However, it is ideally tackled over eight days for a better altitude acclimatization schedule. The trek begins at Londorossi Gate, located in the western base of mountain, within its lush, fertile rain forest. The route heads across the Shira Plateau, before circling along the southern circuit halfway around the mountain, exposing the climber to great views from all angles

I can hardly put into words how incredible our experience was with Masu, Aden and rest of the Top Climbers team. We were welcomed with open arms, felt like part of the family. The food was amazing, and varied special mention to Chef Daniel and Iddy our waiter. We bought lots of snacks and sweets to share with the crew which they were very grateful for, but trust me you don’t go hungry even if you don't bring your own with you. We chose to have a private toilet, which we didn’t at first think was necessary, but it is a lot nicer than venturing far away to the big toilets, and it also gives another porter a job. Our summit crew were Masu, Aden, Iddy, and Hashim. Each and every porter made a vast difference to our experience. Special mention to Elizabeth our only female porter! Safari with Chris was 4 days, 3 nights with mid range accommodation - an unforgettable experience. We got to know him very well and we made sure to include him in every conversation and every meal. He was so intelligent we could ask him anything and he knew what was happening in each national park. And we had a new safari vehicle compared to the rest at the parks. Coffee and Waterfall tour with our driver Oscar - a day trip that proved to be very interesting. We went to Hillborn Organic Coffee. We spent our time joking and getting to know our crews, they have so much love and honesty to give please be open with them you will enjoy your time so much more! There is a huge difference in the quality of booking with Top Climbers compared to the rest you will see along the way. Don’t forget cash to tip each person individually at the end and at the end of the hike you can give them any old gear. You will want to go above the recommended tip and give them the clothes off your back. Please, please, please book with Top Climbers you will have no regrets! And make sure to mention the names above for the BEST experience. Note we went in September 2019 not 2020

Safaris represent a very special experience and it was great to feel you can just seat back and let the experts plan the very best for you. Safari Soles were recommended to me by a friend that went on a Safari with them in January, so when I decided to also go on a Safari in April, I got in contact with them. From that first contact communication went very smooth, Bryson was very attentive to my requests and, through his experience, helped to shape the itinerary of the Safari, as to maximize the experience. I received his support when booking the accommodation in Arusha, for the beginning and end of our Safari, after having my sights set on the Rivertrees Country Inn. He helped us obtain the best rates per night, better than what was offered through booking.com and also a lot more flexible. And this flexibility really came in handy after having our arrival flight to Kilimanjaro airport delayed and couldn't leave towards Ngorongoro National Park, the same day, as planned, since our accommodation was inside the park, and we weren't able to reach it before the closign of the park gates. So, on a very short notice, Bryson saved the day :) - we went directly to the Rivertrees Country Inn and started the Safari the next day. He could arrange so that we could go first to Serengeti and then to Ngorongoro, and changed the accommodation date for Ngorongoro. I don't know what we would have done, if we were to have booked the accommodation by ourselves. Also, I need to say that Safari Soles's prices are really good compared to other Safari companies. I was in contact with other Safari companies as well, but their prices were significantly higher. Bryson even helped us do a balloon Safari in Serengeti, after deciding to go for this experience from one day to another. Our guide and driver, David Simba, was very knowledgeable and we could find out a lot of interesting infos about the wildlife; also, he's a nice guy to be around, we felt safe with him and he organized the best lunches for us in the park. So Safari Soles is a great team, you really feel you receive support from them when needed, and they go that extra mile to make sure the experience is one of a kind. Definitely recommend them!
