Highdown Hill is a prominent hill in the South Downs, as its name suggests, reaching a height of 81 metres (266 ft). It has been managed in a sensitive way for many year making it an imporant site of wildlife and chalk grassland flower. It is a popular spot for picnickers, dog-walkers and local riders. With view across to Littlehampton, Angmering, Ferring and Worthing with views, when the weather is good, east as far as the Seven Sisters and west to the Isle of Wight.
If you are in the area, a walk up Highdown Hill gives you wonderful views across the downs, town and towards the sea. A great place for dog walks, family walks and picnics and photography. Proximity to the tea rooms, hotel, bar and restaurant mean that you can combine the walk with refreshments.

If you're just interested in ancient churches, you'll like this place. If, however, you wish to worship then this is really worth a visit. The people are most welcoming and the Vicar, Gary, is a very special kind of priest. If we lived locally, we'd be regular members of the congregation.

Well worth a visit to see all those windows along the centre of the wooden walk and to have a coffee in the southern pavilion which is a wonderful venue for weddings etc. My grandchildren love the amusement arcade to spend some coins on the many machines and then to sit on the many seats available all along the pier with an ice cream and watch the anglers.

Great views of Worthing and the surrounding countryside. You stay on for three rotations so you have plenty of time to take in the views and take photos
