If you are in Ocho Rios and want to go to Church we recommend this highly. Mass is at 1030 on Sundays (there is a Sat afternoon mass but do not know the time) You will be find the parishioners to be friendly and greet you warmly. Service is about 1hr 45 minutes but it is well worth it. If you are staying a resort you can take a taxi or car service and they will drop you off and pick you up. We have been to Our Lady of Fatima several times and it is a wonderful experience.

Noel Coward's Firefly House is a museum with significant historical interest The museum is open to the public 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, 7 days a week.
We walked up and found the house as I had seen 4 years ago (could be better maintained, sadly). Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about Coward and his life. A very peaceful setting..

Great Historic Landmark to visit. I wish we could have gone in, the stop was very brief but it was still nice to visit the birthplace of this great man!

Well,I have always wanted to attend a Pentecostal service and this church was recommended to us by our hotel staff. Everyone is dressed in the bright Sunday best clothes, ladies with hats and bright coloured outfits men in suits and children in suits and brightly coloured dresses and shoes. We got there during the service and were welcomed with warm friendly smiles and shown to a pew right in the middle of the locals attending. We were welcomed by all. After the Sunday School service the main service starts.I found the service incredibly powerful and if I am honest I was left stunned. Then the choir joins in and yes it is everything you believe it will be. An amazing experience. Really glad that we attended,I would go again especially now that I know what to expect. We arrived just before 1100 and were picked up at 1200.Found this was just the right amount of time to experience it.

We spent a fantastic time (c90 mins) at Seville Great House in the company of our guide, Eldon. Eldon is a passionate, knowledgeable and extremely informative guide. He has a great depth of knowledge on Jamaican history (in which us Scots bear great responsibility!) plus the history of the house and surrounding estate. We also spent time at the end discussing contemporary Jamaica, some British history & politics. I would highly recommend this historical attraction if you want to learn about Jamaica. Thanks Eldon. Aside from the spiritual experience of visiting Mr Marley’s birth- and final resting place, we particularly enjoyed the coolest guide ever, nicknamed “Barkey”, inspiring us with his great love for Bob and the positive message of Rastafarianism. RESPECT, man ❤️

I usually hate ship sponsored shore excursions, but his one was delightful. We had an interesting ride back and forth with a driver and guide who gave us much info on Ochos .At the plantation we were allowed to look around the main house and then went on a Jitney {tractor pulled cart) through the fields. The crew on the Jitney were very pleasant and described the crops with many tastes and look sees. I believe there were 8 passengers with us and we were very comfortable.
