Gloucester Cathedral offers at least 3 tours (costs range 7-13 GBP) and they are conducted by volunteer locals, so I feel fine paying/contributing. I took the Highlights and the Tower tour total of 30min and 1hr respectively, (couldn't fit the Crypt tour) both done by lively docents who know their Norman vs. Perpendicular architecture and history. book when you enter. You could walk around on your own, but having a local guide you also get more interesting commentary.

A very interesting area with lots of history. Old building have been well maintained. Lovely boats docked there too. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Lovely place to walk around.

Attended the concert to celebrate the life of Damon T, a wonderful evening of good music. So nice to get out and hear some live performance. Felt very safe with the excellently distanced, precooked pitches. Even had gazebos up,so the rain wasn’t a problem. Staff very welcoming and helpful, waiter service with ordering by App easy to use too. Definitely go again

They have done a great job of renovating this; including the old crypt school room. They are very welcoming.

We came across this unusual feature in the churchyard at Hartbury, while cycling 'The Newent Loop'. It was built to house the bee skeps'

It was so refreshing to find a church that is clearly alive and well in the centre of Gloucester Docks. Some great stained glass and wall paintings.
