My wife and I made a quick 5 and 1/2 hour road trip to visit Point Pleasant and we loved every second of it. Stayed at the Historic Lowe Hotel and of course visited the Mothman statue. You can log into the live camera and watch all the shenanigans the statue attracts haha! We are at the Hibachi House which was great, visited the Mothman museum and all of the little shops around, and checked out the River and the fort etc. and for our finale, we visited the super creepy TNT domes!! Highly recommend visiting Point Pleasant and all the spooky weird fun it has to offer!

The birthplace of Civil War General and 18th President of the United States -- Ulysses S. Grant. Originally a one-room frame cottage that Grant's father Jesse rented while he worked as foreman for the local tannery.
This little village on the banks of the Ohio River, shaped the life of the great Civil War general and President of the United States. A unique American success story. Happy trails.
