Being a local , I have been there many times . It is a beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Rama & Maa Sita along with brothers Bharat , Laxman and Shatruhan. It is 3rd most visited Temple of Ayodhya after Hanuman Garhi & Ram Janam Bhumi. It has quite convenient location and right order to visit these 03 temples , Hanuman Garhi, Ram Janam Bhumi and Kanak Bhawan at last. The best part of this temple , its moortees of Bhagwan Ram & Maa Sita , its looks lively and temple has ample space for visitors.

Located in the middle of Ayodhya, Hanuman Garhi is 1 km from Ayodhya railway station. We reached here around 8pm. Remove your shoes and socks or slippers at any Prashad Shop. Around 76 steps lead to the main temple, it is one of the most popular temple complexes of Lord Hanuman in North India. The temple is very colourful with red and green as prominent colours. You will find here a beautiful idol of Bal (young) sitting on lap of Maa Anjani. Several small temples and Satsang halls are also there. It is a custom and belief that before visiting Ram temple one should first pay visit to Lord Hanuman temple. Take care on Tuesdays as you will find long ques to reach the main temple.

Shri Ram Janma Bhoomi temple area is under tight security and follows 8am to 5pm timings. Mobiles, camera, Comb, belt, eatables, cigarette, Gutka, Medicines, Water, keys with remote etc. not allowed. You can take your purse with coins and notes. Three tier security with detectors and manual searching is done. You can go inside with your shoes, no place for removing shoes while doing Darshan of Lord Ram. Make shift temple of Lord Ram is there. One has to walk long through narrow security channels to come out after Darshan. Not able to see the construction site and other details as visit to temple is restricted to specific area only. At the exit we bought Prashad from the temple. People throng here for faith in Lord Ram. Must visit place to know the history of Ram Temple.
