Fes /Fez is a wonderland of shopping, with the endless shops in the medina. Here are a few shops of particular note. It is always expected that you will bargain over prices in the markets, but in most shops bargaining is also widely practiced. Most shopkeepers give discounts if you buy more than one item, and give a greater discount with each additional item purchased.

We had an absolutely brilliant tour with Adil. He arrived at our accommodation and asked what we were most interested to see. After discussing this and confirming we did not want a shopping tour, we headed off. Adil is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Fez and Morocco. He took us to the key sites and around the Medina, explaining things as we went, answering our questions and discussing Moroccan life and culture. He put us at ease in the complicated and bustling streets of the Medina and gave us a list of things not to miss after the tour. Our tour with him was absolutely excellent. It is such a nice introduction to Fez and the key sites around the Medina, getting local insight and a history lesson, without worrying about getting lost or being touted by shop keeps. Highly recommend it and sincere thanks to Adil. He was fantastic.

I only had one free day in Fez and this was the perfect tour. This tour makes you feel like Fez can easily be done in one day without feeling rushed and run around like crazy. We hit all the important things to see. Most importantly, my guide, Hakim, completely tailored to my interest and always checked in to get feedback on whether I was interested in seeing x, y or z. He didn't do the thing where guides just take to you places or shops you might not be interested in and then feel pressure to shop. He was really knowlegeable about the city, as he grew up in the Medina and even as we strolled around the streets and alleys, alot of locals would say hi to him by name. You get a real local experience. This was a perfect length and pace of a tour for me.

I highly don’t recommend this agency coz it’s such a crazy capitalist Company , they only care about tip i doesn’t matter how they can get it from you . Terrible driver he been late all the time , He been all time spending high even if then spend limits is specific at the road , They dont even speak ENGLISH , i try many times to get something from here but nothing . only was like Hahah with some berber words . I and my wife we wasted our time and our vocation for like this kind of stupid people , Even if they talking with you about the experience that you gonna have with them in Morocco but that all just a fake promises . I been talking to a guy in Sahara Desert about travel agencies in Morocco , and by accident he asked me about our tour costs , then boom surprise they add extra charges for ass around 1500$ extra more then people they use to get it , Coz we are Americans we handle to much dollars as they said . i highly don’t recommend this company for you , There is a bunch if palace to visit in Morocco but not with this kind of inexperienced people . Wonderful authentic experience! Fatima our teacher was amazing. Taking us through the markets to show us the best produce to buy and see how a local would shop. Then onto a beautiful home with a commercial kitchen where you get to learn how to prepare and cook traditional Moroccan cuisine. The food is simple & delicious and easy to make at home. Great value class, our evening class went for 5 hours!
