Decided on a day out at the designer village and the complex has carried out extensive covid changes and each shop having the appropriate precautions also in place. The complex provides great facilities and continues to improve everytime we visit. Great day out for couples and families, always easy to find a bargain on some high end designer gear. Always better when the sun is out.

I have been back to the shopping centre a couple of times recently, and it was nice to visit the centre once again. The place was buzzing when I visited, with lots of people there. Of course, there are the distancing rules to be aware of, but that is not a problem and most people were wearing face coverings. Most of the regular shops were open, but it is a great shame that M&S has closed its town centre shop(now you have to visit the 'out of town' outlet)as that was always worth a look. It is pleasing that HMV is still there, and there is plenty of activity the other end with a new 'food hall' section(although a lot of the products were very expensive!)being opened. It has always been a great shopping centre, and with the extension that's being built, it should hopefully attract the customers back in greater numbers.

Situated next to junction 11 of the M40 motorway this a small but easy accessible place to shop. It's got the usual national shops such as Next, M&S, Primark, New Look together with Mountain Warehouse etc. Several eating and drinking places including McDonalds and Costa, the latter being located at first floor level in Next. Good, modern shopping park with plenty of parking.
