With sunny skies, nearly perfect year-round weather and a range of outdoor and cultural attractions, West Palm Beach presents the ideal setting for a weekend escape. Enjoy a game of golf at a number of pristine local courses or hit the beach for a day of tanning and catching up on your reading. See African chimps and endangered species like the Southern White rhinoceros wander free in a natural habitat at the Lion Country Safari. You could spend an entire day on Peanut Island, a popular tourist attraction that houses a bunker built for President John F. Kennedy during the Cold War. The island includes the bunker, a museum and plenty of picnic areas, plus biking and walking paths. The ferry ride to the island cruises past the opulent mansions of the city's wealthy residents. For those who prefer indoor endeavors, the Norton Museum boasts an exceptional collection of American, Chinese and European art. Famous performers appear at "The Harriet" and at the Kravis Center. Of course there's always shopping, the city's other favorite pastime. From designer boutiques to big name department stores, West Palm has it all.

NOMAD@Sean Rush, an art gallery and wine café serving an international, curated wine collection with cheese charcuterie boards and bites in a globally inspired environment. In the center, is his retail lifestyle showroom that offers home accessories, gifts, and exotic finds.
Recently widowed and recently moved back to the Palm Beach area I decided to shop Antique Row after years of being away. Stumbled upon Nomad and I’m so glad I did. Opening the huge double doors I was warmly greeted by Rumi. How wonderful.. as I looked up I realized I was immediately transported into an exotic chic home .. a beautiful dining room with tables set with a Moroccan flare.. a living room so welcoming a true escape from the outside world. I never wanted to leave. No passport needed, no security pat down.. Just an other worldly experience. An exhibition of amazing Art, Candles, chocolates, wine and of course Rumi. Perfect, I felt right at home. There is also a magical garden with patio seating.. I can’t wait to return to enjoy wine and their international charcuterie fare.. I couldn’t leave without a box of John Kelly Truffle Fudge Bites.. definitely recommend! The most delicious delicately fudgy chocolates I’ve ever had! Don’t leave without a box or two! There is convenient parking right outside - so no excuse not to enjoy this casually exotic chic experience! Thank you so much to Sean Rush for creating this amazing escape! I will be back soon and often.. I highly recommend!

It is a box of surprises, every time I visit THE BOX GALLERY I am amazed by Rolando Chang Barrero's creativity owner and curator; the kind of art/artists and topics he brings to the public because he is always right on what is going on in the world, inviting us to actually think on the impact that our words and actions have in our community. Expect to be amazed

The last time I was in the Palm Beaches, Virginia Philip Wine Shop and Academy was near busy Clematis Street. I was delighted to find the new venue in the upscale Royal Poincietta Plaza in Palm Beach. They are ever more organized, beautiful and professional. I completely enjoyed my visit. Enjoy yours for tasting and purchasing.

We walked around and sampled a delicious crab cake, purchased some fresh fruit and marinara sauce, and salivated over the scrumptious French pastries at one of the food booths. If you’re in the area on a Saturday morning, you should stop and enjoy this place!
