We heard about Pol Depla, Chocolatier on the Belgian television yesterday morning and decided to visit as they make all of their chocolate from the cocoa beans themselves (they import these by sailing boat as it’s more environmentally friendly). We bought some chocolates and then went next door for our hot chocolate. There were three choices, dark, milk or white chocolate, we had milk. Each hot chocolate is served as a mug of hot milk and the chocolate on a wooden spoon. You stir the chocolate into the milk yourself as it melts, mmm! The service was excellent, they speak Flemmish, French and English and each drink was served with a delicious chocolate. We liked it so much that we went back the next day too and wish we’d found it on our first day in Bruges!

Sale of hand-made lace only with professional explanation. Valuation of antique lace. Welcome in my world of passion !
This is a review of t'Apostelientje online shop which I discovered thanks to the other reviews on Tripadvisor, when looking to buy authentic Belgian lace online. What a pleasant shopping experience it has been and what a joy it is to receive parcels from Anne! I placed a few orders already and all the pieces that I received were unique, beautiful works of art! Anne promptly responded to all of my messages, emailed me photos of the pieces that I was interested in and gave an honest opinion on the lace condition. The parcels arrived quickly to the UK and, to my great delight, sometimes included lovely little gifts as gestures of good will-- as I became a very frequent customer! :) Thank you very much Anne! I highly recommend your online shop and I truly look forward to visiting your actual shop when the pandemic situation is over. L Barakat

The chocolate boutique in Bruges where you can find happiness in small things. Located in the stately townhouse "The Peckepuut" near the Belfry. Gino and Sofie will gladly spoil you with their fine chocolates, artisan products, and stylish souvenirs.
Came across this fantastic chocolate shop. The owner was so lovely. The shop is run by him and his wife and they make all the chocolate themselves.. they had the most beautiful lipsticks, wine bottles and shoes all moulded in chocolate. Fantastic gift ideas and gorgeous wrapping and packaging. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you!

If you come early Wednesday between 7-10 am you will have the opportunity to appreciate and experience Brugge like a local. Flowers, fresh produce, local products like breads, cheeses and a quick bite (pork, sausages, chicken, potatoes, etc) all very taste and super cheap, and without the hectic tourist traffic that now plagues Brugge. I have visited this place 3 times before and never had the chance to experience the Farmer Market. After 10 am they are gone. The locals that carry on this tradition are super nice and willing to let you try their products. you can't miss it.

In this 15th century mayor's house you can find, within the fullness of old and new architecture, our range of Belgian products. A variety of beer, chocolates, biscuits, t-shirts, etc. After visiting our permanent exposition "All Belgian Beers" in the Beerwall, you can enjoy at our terrace, one of the most beautiful canal views of Bruges with one of our Belgian drinks in your hand. 2Be-Shop open from 10.00h till 19.00h 2Be-Bar open from 10.00 till 19.30hour(last call) Wednesday closed.
I've been many times to Bruges and never fail to visit the Beer Wall. Great selection of beers, love the multi-lingual beer menus hanging from the ceiling. The Outside terrace is great when the weather is kind. Wave to the tourist boats going by and feel rather smug relaxing with beer in hand. Love it !
