I bought a corkscrew to use for my wine during my tour to Perito Moreno. Unfortunately, the corkscrew broke while attempting to open my first bottle. Our clever bus driver helped me solve that near disaster, but that's another story! I returned the following day and the manager let me pick a new corkscrew and apologized for the trouble. Very nice.
