Small mozzarella cheese factory runned by the Pipino family for over 40 years in the center of the ancient town of Oria. Come to find the original mozzarella, burrata, scamorza, etc. All fresh cheeses home made as you watch. On request it is possible to arrange cheeses and wine tasting, guided visit and/or workshops.
We arrived at the shop a little early. We were welcomed right away and offered something to drink. The tour of the cheesemaking was very clear and interesting. The people are very very kind and are ready to answer your questions with a lot of passion. Just 10 minutes after the cheese process was done we were eating it! It was so very delicious! 11/10 would recommend to a friend ????????
