Every time we visit Moncton, we’re sure to stop by the Market on Saturday morning. Lots of free parking nearby. The market has a wide variety of crafts, food vendors and fresh produce. Be sure to try an Almond cookie or sausage roll at Nick the Dutch Baker’s booth!

La Galerie d’art Louise-et-Reuben-Cohen (antérieurement Galerie d'art de l'Université de Moncton) est un des résultats directs de la création du Département des arts visuels à l'Université de Moncton. En 1963, monsieur Claude Roussel devient artiste résident à l'Université. Il organise peu après son arrivée une première exposition, Sélection 65. Elle a lieu dans la résidence des étudiants et comprend des œuvres d'artistes de la région de Moncton. C’est le 17 octobre 2005 que la Galerie d’art de l’Université de Moncton rend honneur à monsieur Reuben Cohen, avocat et homme d’affaires bien connu de Moncton, de même que son épouse Louise, qui ont été de grands bienfaiteurs de l’Université de Moncton, plus particulièrement dans le domaine des arts. Depuis cette date la galerie d’art porte le nom de Galerie d’art Louise-et-Reuben-Cohen.
