The crown jewels, Buckingham Palace, Camden Market…in London, history collides with art, fashion, food, and good British ale. A perfect day is different for everyone: culture aficionados shouldn't miss the Tate Modern and the Royal Opera House. If you love fashion, Oxford Street has shopping galore. For foodies, cream tea at Harrod’s or crispy fish from a proper chippy offers classic London flavor. Music and book buffs will love seeing Abbey Road and the Sherlock Holmes Museum (at 221B Baker Street, of course).

You’ll meet our first Bottega in Britain walking in the heart of the Marylebone district in London. A step back to 1960s England: imagine bowlers preparing to roll, pins waiting to be put in place and bowling balls on their rail. Come to Bowling Club Velasca: here handmade shoes are, to us, like Andy Varipapa’s perfect game.

Yesterday we attended an awesome evening at the Ginger Pig on Moxon St. It was for their Beef Butchery Class - small intimate class in their shop, led by two superb energetic and knowledgable butchers. We learnt about the cuts, practical session on Butchery and preparing meats. Then we ate so much beautifully cooked beef! It was a great occasion that I can’t recommend more to others!
