The Diamonds International Store in Disney Springs is a great place to purchase a piece of Jewelry to show that special person in your life how much they mean to you. The staff we worked with, Bharti and Sanela, were knowledgeable, professional, patient and personable. They answered all our questions and, after carefully listening to what we were looking for, provided several viable diamond ring options, one of which turned out to be the perfect choice for us. Thank you Bharti and Sanela for a wonderful buying experience.

"World Of Disney Store, in Disney Springs, is the largest Disney character store in Walt Disney World Resort-and on Earth!
We all loved something different. One loved Toy Story Land, the other Magic Kingdom and I loved Epcot. We enjoyed meeting all of the characters. We spent 4 days visiting the parks and saw most of the attractions. The girls loved the rides.

Disney World's shopping and dining area consists of Marketplace, Pleasure Island and West Side.
Unique & varied shops, unique dinning & free entertainment (free parking too) all wrapped up in a sparkly Disney atmosphere is just a quick description of Disney Springs, oh, & it's huge, Disney clean & well staffed. One can gripe about the crowds, the prices in the shops (tho they are NOT that exorbitant) & $70 (minimum) dinner for 2 but you can eat at the many cheaper casual walk up eateries & it's fun to browse the stores, especially the gigantic Disney store! I'd suggest going online and checking out all the different stores & eateries. Half the fun of going there is deciding what stores you must visit & what themed restaurant you want to eat in. (the kids will love the raucous T-Rex restaurant!) On a warm night, when everything is lit up & twinkling the free entertainment starts & it's a great place to just stroll around. Highly recommended for its diversity in food choices, shopping & entertainment & you don't have to spend a fortune & still have a good time.

We had not been to this store in a long time. With the COVID restrictions, it definitely lacks a lot of the fun and energy it had in the past, but I don't want to ding their rating for being cautious in these times. There are still a lot of cool Lego items on display, and the employees were all very polite and professional. Hopefully, it will return to it's old bustling ways soon, but in the meantime it's still worth a visit.

This chocolate is absolutely to die for! They give you free samples as well on a daily basis! But we brought some home last time because it was that good! Not expensive at all either for the quality of the chocolate! Definitely head down their if you’re at Disney springs!

Stopped in this little shop because I love teas and my wife loves spices. If you can't find a tea or spice you are looking for here...you probably won't find it anywhere else. Stand-alone or special mixes of each. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. We told them we were looking for spices for chili and chicken recipes and they quickly gave us numerous options. Whether you're just a 'salt-n-pepper' or gourmet blend spice chef...this is your place!

First time in Orlando as I was in town for a work trip and decided to hit up Downtown Disney. I was pleasantly surprised to see Basin as they had bath bombs and since the hotel I was staying at had a bathtub, why not right? After doing a small test run of a few bath bombs and thoroughly enjoying my soaking experience, I decided to come back and get bath bombs for my coworkers. Why bath bombs? Honestly I have no idea. I guess the novelty of it being from Downtown Disney was good enough to get them. Also helped that they had some specials for 3 for $11.99 or something and I needed about like 50 or so. And so my journey began to buy a ton of bath bombs for my coworkers. Big shout out to Lynn and Amber for helping me pick out the bath bombs and for giving me advice on what to get. Lynn was very helpful and patient with me as both her and Amber really went above and beyond and showed amazing customer service. Overall, if you need a good bath bomb, Basin is a great place to stop by since they have literally a ton of different kinds of bath bombs. Do I know all of the slight differences between them? No, but all I know is you drop one of them in a bath tub and you soak in it like you are a stew. 5/5 would come back agian.

We visited this store while spending time at Disney Springs. There is honestly something for everyone, here. From savory snacks to sweet treats, there is something to temp any pallet. Many items are considered “snacks” on the Disney dining plan, so it’s a good place to stop and spend any leftover dining credits. You can get custom designed cake pops, rice crispy treats and apples with lots of choices of dips and toppings, such as chocolate, sprinkles and nuts.
