South Gyeongsang Province (Korean: 경상남도, translit. Gyeongsangnam-do, Korean pronunciation: [kjʌŋ.saŋ.nam.do]) is a province in the southeast of South Korea. The provincial capital is at Changwon. It is adjacent to the major metropolitan center and port of Busan. There is UNESCO World Heritage Site Haeinsa, a Buddhist temple that houses the Tripitaka Koreana and attracts many tourists. Automobile and petrochemical factories are largely concentrated along the southern part of the province, extending from Ulsan through Busan, Changwon, and Jinju.

Found just right next to Dongpirang Mural Village. Every traditional market in Korea is a must to visit. Tongyeong traditional market has it's own famous delicacies and one of them is the 꿀빵 or the Honey bread. Don't forget to buy this when you are visiting this place.

This place gives you more insights on the traditional Korean handcrafts--where the decoratives is made from the pearl and abalone shells. The shells are carefully selected and well-processed, which is why it's costly as compared to the normal hand crafts. There are actually one-day class for making hand-mirror wth shells here in this museum, which is quite a new and nice experience for me.
