Stopped by with my daughter and Jon the owner greeted us warmly and took us on tour around his garden which had surpricingly much variety of icelandic stones. And then he has a store which he sells his own products. We bought a cheese knife where the shaft was from the horn of reindeer and it was really beautiful. If you are in Djupivogur this is a must see.

Bakkabud is a small and unique shop in Djupivogur Iceland. At the store you can buy Icelandic design and handcraft from local artists. As well we have Scandinavian design brands and Souvenirs from Iceland.
Beautiful store with very well curated items that make awesome souvenirs. Everything from cute postcards to stunning antiques you will find here at a super reasonable price especially compared to the city. I picked up a beautiful statue of a seal that I will cherish for a lifetime. The lady assisting was very helpful and sweet. Djúpivogur is a lovely village and this shop is my favourite of the ones we stopped at on our trip around the country, will make sure to visit again :)

At Kiddi's workshop you can explore the beauties of South East Iceland through Kiddi's remarkable stone- and photo collection.
