Arezzo (Italian pronunciation: [aˈrettso]) is a city and comune in Italy, capital of the province of the same name located in Tuscany. Arezzo is about 80 kilometres (50 miles) southeast of Florence at an elevation of 296 metres (971 ft) above sea level. It is also 30 km west of Città di Castello. In 2013 the population was about 99,000.

La Bottega del Cuoio nasce nel 1975, con produzione di piccola pelletteria a livello artigianale ad Arezzo. Nel 1978 comincia la produzione di calzature, prodotte tutt'oggi completamente a mano e su misura, a seconda dell'esigenza del cliente. All'interno della bottega si possono trovare portafogli, cinture, borse, sandali e qualsiasi altra cosa possa essere realizzata con il cuoio. Con il passare del tempo, grazie anche ad alcune collaborazioni, la gamma dei prodotti offerti si e potuta ampliare, senza tuttavia modificare quella che era l'idea iniziale del progetto, ovvero offrire oggetti completamente artigianali, in cuoio toscano conciato al vegetale, di una qualita unica, che solo il lavoro a mano puo ancora dare.

Visited the first weekend in Sept 20, from what I understand it runs on the the first Sunday of each month and the day before (Saturday). Some explanations of when it runs seem to be very confusing. I believe it runs all year. Fantastic experience masses of stalls, I arrived at 09.15 and some stalls were just setting up. Beautiful setting and, as it was Sunday services were being conducted in the many churches chapels and the cathedral. Lovely atmosphere, stalls and cafes are also around for refreshment. As far as prices are concerned, haggle, it’s not difficult, and I think expected. There were some beautiful pieces, some odd, some unusual, some raging 60s and 70s furniture, plenty to see and a most enjoyable experience.
