We had a great experience on the 50 ft Searay. Everything was exactly the same if not better than that was communicated to us prior to the trip. We were picked up from the hotel on time and transferred to the dock where the crew of 4 were already waiting for us. Eduardo (who picked us) kept on his mask the entire time. We were a group of 5 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant. The crew took immaculate care during the entire trip. They were very caring and attentive to all our needs. Luis (captain) was very experienced and allowed us to plan the day to our liking. The food was amazing and prepared fresh on the boat by the chef. The other two crew members helped with snorkeling and other activities. We had a memorable experience and would highly recommend chartering from them.

Once in Isla Mujeres, we ride our bicycle and at a smooth speed, we will begin our journey, admiring the beautiful views and roads that lead us around the Island. On the bikes, we can access roads with the best views as well as swimming or seeing places that most could not admire. In the southern part, we will admire the cliffs of Punta Sur and the immense iguanas that live in the place in addition to seeing a Mayan shrine.

Awesome customer service. Very affordable. I loved the freedom of being able to go wherever I wanted with ease. The owner is super knowledgeable about the area, and highlights all the best places to go. He is always available if you need him and I always felt safe knowing he was just a text away. Open until 9pm, so I didn’t feel like I had to rush. HIGHLY recommend this as a way to see Cancun and Isla Mujeres. Thanks Soulbikes!!
