OCEAN2000, is the Pelican Grand Beach Resort's new Fort Lauderdale waterfront restaurant. The menu features new American fare, and offers diners an alternative to other upscale Ft Lauderdale restaurants.
A good price for Bruch bc it was all fresh foods in a beautiful setting, right on the sand! INCLUDES the unlimited mimosa, bellini or make your own bloody mary drink. Lot's of choices including desserts. I gave it a 4 bc the room was a bit too warm, they should chill it down in the evening before they use it. You can sit outside as well.

Serafina Italian Restaurant & Waterfront Bistro is Fort Lauderdale's best Italian restaurant! "Serafina" in Italian translates to both "angel of the sea" and "fine evening." Those who have been to Serafina Waterfront Bistro agree that our name fits our fi
Best restaurant so far on our trip. Family of six and everyone loved their meal. Waitress (Marie Jane) was fantastic - improved the experience actually. She was a lot of fun.I had the Pappardelle (and added two meatballs off the starters menu). Excellent choice. And portions are huge. Three of us had enough left over to take home. Also, ambience is very good. Tables overlook the waterway.I don't know why this restaurant is not rated higher.

At Candela we recreate the way Spaniards approach dinning, a lay back setting where wine and unpretentious bold dishes fill the table. We encourage our guests to share and sample our menu and be the creator of your own Tasting Menu.
Good Paella de Mar that was generous with the shrimp, clams and mussels. The shrimp (Gambas al Ajillo) was good too. The lamb dish (Jarrete de Cordero) was okay, but the Bravas and Chorizo al Vino were just not my taste. The sangria was great though! Service was just okay- our waiter disappeared for quite some time.

This is a great place! Great food, friendly atmosphere, reasonable prices.Wednesday night is $1 oyster night, so we started the meal with a dozen oysters. I believe the oysters (and other seafood) is flown in from New Orleans. Anyway, the oysters were "meaty," but didn't have any briny flavor. If you're used to oysters from the Northeast, like we are, you might be disappointed. You can order cooked oysters prepared several different ways for $1.50 each on Wednesdays, if you're looking for more flavor.I had the fried catfish, which was delicious. You get a choice of two sides. I had mac n cheese, which was yummy in a homemade, cheesy, creamy kind of way, and cole slaw which was fine.My spouse had the crawfish etoufee, which was just right. We got there on the early side, before 7pm and service was friendly and prompt. By the time we left, around 8pm, the place was packed. If we lived in Ft. Lauderdale, we'd definitely come back.

We each ordered something different to try more things. Everything was beautiful on the plate and so delicious on your tongue! Best local restaurant! Even the dessert was perfect! We will be back to this incredible spot real soon!

Catfish Deweys, established in 1984, is a family owned and operated seafood restaurant offering all you can eat entrees as well as traditional portion meals.
Catfish Deweyâs has the best Catfish, Shrimp, Coleslaw, Hushpuppies, Greens, Servers, & Bartender Anywhere!I frequently eat alone at the bar and Glenn isnât just an incredible bartender, heâs a top notch server. This month, Iâve also eaten in the dining room with out of town guests as well as local friends, and family. All love it! Portions are generous. Side dishes are just as stellar as the fish, shrimp, and ribs. As for their ribs.... there are none finer in south Florida. If youâre a tourist, go on the first night of your trip so youâll have time for a second trip before your vacation ends. Yes, itâs that good. An out of state friend visited for a month over the winter. We did the beach, fancy restaurants, theater, deep sea fishing, and even a cruise. He says the only thing he wants to do again, is head to Catfish Deweyâs.Thank you very much! :)-Dewey

On my most recent visit I had their ceviche and sample my dining companion had the pork sandwich; both which proved to be truly delicious. The ceviche came served in a wide soup like bowl, somewhat different that the way I've had it served in Peru or other area establishments. The roasted corn kernels were also placed on the edge of the bowl instead of served separately, which was also somewhat different. The taste of the ceviche was really great, every ingredient super fresh and totally tasty. My dining companions pork also proved most, totally tasty and the pork, unlike on my prior visit some five years ago, was completely trimmed of fat. On my table there were three unlabeled squeeze bottles of condiments visibly unidentifiable. As I could not get the attention of my waiter to tell me what they were, I really have no idea, but I did taste all three, guessing that one was a unique black olive mayo based. However all three were really delightful in flavor. Why a restaurant can't label condiment ingredients that are on your table or why a waiter wouldn't voluntarily tell you what they are completely miffs me. You can tell that Bravo has a good number of loyal repeat customers. When you overhear the majority of customers and wait staff speaking with each other on a first name basis, it's a rather obvious fact and a good sign when a restaurants has such a high number of repeats.
