When the Labros restaurant was built in 1889 Vouliagmeni was a very remote destination for Athenians. Meeting point for gourmets of the capital since the time of Charilaos Trikoupis⦠sign ââIn the name of the Holy Trinity Sotirios years ÎΩΠÎâ(1889) reigns
We have been to this restaurant before and so expected to get both great food and great service. This time, we happened to order a variety of appetizers and three entrees from the pasta menu and wine. Apparently, we didn't make the cut this time for great service that is reserved for those who rack up a big tab. We only spent 111 euros...not enough to deserve much attention. The restaurant was not busy at lunchtime. They could have done a lot better. Not only did the waiter forget to bring the wine,(we had to ask 3 times), we rarely got any attention and at the end, were given hand wipes in plastic packaging while the tables around us got the hot, fragrant napkins to wipe their hands. If you arent spending a lot, prepare for second class service. Very disappointing. We took a long-time friend there and it just didn't live up to past experience. We are disappointed to read that you did not have a good experience. It looks like you have visited us before, so you may already know that we do not host our guests depending on their spent. Our guests are treated as equals and with respect. As for the napkins, it is not that the other tables might have made a bigger spent than you, but the fact that we offer hot napkins to the ones that have ordered a plate that they need to use their hands to eat it, such as crayfish, lobster or crab.Thank you for taking time to write this review. You can always send us more details through email.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and it will certainly be the last.It all centres around attitude and behaviour. Starting from treating us as 2nd class guests upon arrival, the bad and unprofessional attitude by the waiters continued throughout our short stay there. We never got to the food so can not comment if it was good or bad, as after 30 minutes of unacceptable behaviour we decided it was better to leave for a different establishment that values its customers. So Labros restaurant (see separate review) was our choice!

Have been invited for dinner here & were escorted to our table by the very polite ladies at the entrance of the restaurant. It was packed but thankfully our party of 10 was easily seated in the booked table on the terrace. The view is absolutely stunning & difficult to describe! The food was even better as our host decided to order the appetizers then everyone would go for the main course on his own.The sushi served were excellent, the beef tataki out of this world & the kataifi shrimps simply delicious! The same went for the spinach salad with the amazing truffle sauce. For main my wife had the cod which she claimed was the best ever tasted while I went for the salmon which was delicious. The quality of the food was even better than last time I dined there with my wife while the service was impeccable in spite of the fact the place was buzzing with people. This is of course a very expensive restaurant but it is worth the money spent. If you want to combine excellent Japanese food with unbelievable Greek Riviera vistas then this is the place to go to.

Great location and view, just by the seafront and there is another part of the restaurant across the road where the toilets are located. Nice atmosphere, great view and although the external seating area is quite small it is is nice. Food is good as well, large selection of starters and most of the dishes are very good, my only complaint is that the calamari was on the greasy side and could have been cooked for another minute, it was a bit soggy and oily, would go again

A beautiful setting, overlooking Vouliagmeni bay and the most exclusive yacht marina in the Saronic, with a romantic zen lounge feel. The food is nothing special, and quite overpriced. The vegan quinoa salad was the best dish we had, the beef carpaccio was OK, the shrimp maki roll was bland and the salmon tartar was a disappointment (mostly an avocado bed, with a little over-marinated salmon on top).

The restaurant is beautiful and the view is outstanding. Menu is very cool and creative.Table setup and menu selection is very good. The apetizers are fantastic especially the yellowtail tartare. The pastas could be better though. There is a very nice selection of wines and spirits.Apple tart is brilliant. This restaurant is something you have to try if you are staying in athens.

Great choice for a business meeting with good service and amazing location. Make a reservation for a table next to the sea.You should try the crawfish rissotto and the grilled kalamari with feta and tomato! The fish cheeks were not good but all the rest as per pictures delicious.
