the tram was very cool way to get around - but what a gorgeous surprise at the bottom when you come out into the most amazing architectural enclosed shopping plaza!

As soon as you arrive at this place, you have a feeling of having ended up in just a typical Italian coffee bar rather than a place where you can enjoy a fantastic meal. As soon as the food starts arriving, you will realize that you are in the right place! The place offers a short menu with most options of what was freshly available from the market. Quality of ingredients is guaranteed by the love the owner puts into their research and the proud that transpires when he takes time to explain about what he does and why he does it like that. The wine selection is good too. I enjoyed every minute of it, with every single dish masterfully thought through and elegantly presented. It was a feast, with several tasting dishes. When we were eventually presented with the bill, that was when I had the biggest surprise. The cost was definitely under value. But, please don't tell the owner or he might rise the prices next time :) Highly recommended!

We dined here 4 out of 7 nights in Naples. Good family orientated restaurant, with excellent pizza. Some of the other choices were not as you would expect, but still palatable. Some of the staff speak passing English, which was much better than my Italian. House wine was good and the prices are all very good value.Recommended for families and for those that enjoy watching serie A, which i did but my wife is not keen on football.Over all, a good experience.

"THE HOUSE HEATER - The Dad's Trattoria in Naples is an exciting place. The small size and the warm atmosphere keep the great love with which young chef Giovanni and his family prepare and serve simple and innovative, traditional dishes Refined. A small r
This place is a true experience. We drove past at 5.30PM and it looked closed. We called and they told us to come - and opened for us. There was washing hanging from the ceiling, no English menus and a little messy.. But the food was excellent and the welcome was so lovely. We had calamari starter followed by gnochi, pasta cabonara, grilled seafood and clam linguini. it was all delicious. The deserts were very good too. The chef was very accommodating and friendly. Great for a family meal. Good value. We would definitely return.

We ate at the Ristorante Del Pino on our last night before flying home from Naples. The restaurant was rather bright and lacked some atmosphere although it was very busy with locals and local families. The restaurant is split in two with a very extensive buffet style restaurant, in one area, and an a la carte restaurant in the other. There was a rather impressive fish tank with live lobsters, a cold storage room with fish and a glass cabinet from which I presume you can chose your cut of meat. As it was late we opted for the a la carte menu and we had Penne Arrabiatta and Cotolleta Milanese, with a side of French Fries, and a bottle of the house white. The food was good, without being exceptional, but be careful when tipping because after leaving a 10% tip we only noticed later that a service charge of 12% had already been added to the bill. However I would still recommend the Ristorante Del Pino. as it was reasonably priced but we would have liked to have tried the buffet option, on another night, had we been staying in Cercola for more than night.

The wait staff was helpful, and the food was good. It was just a little a confusing menu and the restaurant isn't like most Italian restaurants. (We live in Italy). The food was good though and the portions were decent sized. The price wasn't bad either as we would probably eat here again, but not as our first choice. Loved the shrine to Maradona though!

This bistrot is part of the Hotel Leonessa where we have stayed several times when in the area for family reasons. We had a very good dinner with excellent spaghetti con scrofa and gnocchi. Prices are higher for the area but not too unreasonable. Asked for bread but apparently they were out of fresh bread so the waiter made a focaccia for us. That was nice!

Loved loved loved this place. If you want seafood, fresh fish, this is the place in Casoria that will become your go-to. Every dish was mouth-watering, the choices extensive, the service exemplary and the pricing reasonable. I'm going back in a few days time and can't wait. If they could bottle what makes this restaurant so special, they'd be onto a worldclass winner. Bravo to the chef, the kitchen staff, the servers and the boy who tried really hard to speak English to me and succeeded. Don't tell me you didn't have time. Make time for this restaurant and look forward to pescatore heaven.
