First of this restaurant is marked wrong. It is actually almost across from the usta park hotel on the cobbled street that is going down towards the waterfront. It has all its fish on display where you can choose what you want. Great variety including anchovies, red mullet, tsoupra (sorry dont know the english name, but extremely tasty grilled whole), trout. The also serve salad, grilled potatoes and very nice, light, fish soup. It is not licenced. Simply wonderful. We had dinner there both nights we were in town. Cheap as well. For example, one medium size tsoupra, a portion of fried anchovies, salad, grilled potatoes, and two drinks was 32 TL.

Can't understand absence of review for this place. Delicious whole fish - bass, bream tunny- all grilled to perfection, and good salad and water at under 20 ytl. Served by cheerful staff and right in the centre. After first night just kept going back each night. Amazing how quickly you are treated like old friend.Out of curiosity went to look at Fevzi hoca balik. Felt rather sorry for them, 8.30 and not a soul in there. No menu so couldn't even judge prices.

Went there on basis of Trip advisor reviews. Centrally located restaurant in Trabzon, opposite Zorlu hotel and just off Meydan Square. Excellent value and choice of fish and very reasonably priced. No alcohol served but there is a pub (one of the few in Trabzon) across the road. Well worth a visit. Restaurant is part of a small chain with a restaurant in Istanbul and Ankara as well as 2 in Trabzon province. Hard to beat for value and quality. Fresh fish cooked simply and with a salad.

One of the top 2 rated fish restaurants in Trabzon. Not the greatest location but worth getting there. No alcohol. Hard working staff. Not expensive. July is not hamsi (local fish) season. Iskorpit and Seabass bugulama were great. Cool tables. It deserves its rating.
